I used to use this all the time and it was amazing. With in the last year or two something is different because now I get a pretty bad pain in my esophagus and stomach about 10 minutes after taking it. I’m not sure if the ingredients changed but just doesn’t work like it used to.

I have suffered from bloating and constipation for as long as I can remember. I have lived for years with a constant sore back and sick feeling due to constipation from IBS. My bowel movements are never normal and was taking stool softener and ex-Lax daily to survive.That being said I took two doses of this product one at night and one in the morning and the next day at work I had one of the most normal fulfilling bowel movements I have ever had. This literally may have saved my life I can’t wait to see how much better it gets over time.

Obviously this is not a subject that most wanna chat about. However, this stuff is absolutely amazing! I’ve been on it for 5 days now & It does exactly what it claims to do down to the letter. After a few days, your body really starts working better, you go regularly, and you feel a lot better in the gut(A lot lighter) And it’s a one and done, with a clean wipe every time. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting to have a better functioning system!

I've been using Perfect P.O.O.P for months. It has been a miracle for me in terms of regularity. Who knew how great it would be during the TP shortage? Dr. Rosenfeld said I would need a lot less toilet paper once I started using psyllium. Who knew back then how important that would be? I would have gone through twice as many rolls. Consistency and texture made me feel awful just trying to ingest it. Tried a couple times and no benefit to outweigh the awfulness. In the trash.
