Useful and practical, especially for water.
The feeder is very useful and practical. I am using this for my ducklings and originally bought it for their food but have actually started using it for their water as it stops them getting too wet as only their heads can fit in. I have purchased another now for their food as they are practical and easy to clean. The only issue I have had is with the clasps. The clasp is weak and the top easily comes off which is difficult for taking it in and out of the enclosure, however, that being said its duckling proof and they have not been able to open it themselves.

The colour is the only reason we bought this
We’ve read the negative comments before buying it, but our daughter loves the colour, that’s the only reason we bought this.The closing mechanism is quite flimsy and it basically can be opened without any difficulty.The top bar which is supposed to spin and throw any chick that is sitting on it off is made of soft plastic and bends down. This prevents any spinning and instead turns it into the perfect resting place for the chicks. It would be a better deterrent to remove it altogether.Having said all that we’re quite happy with the item. The price is reasonable, we’ve glued the opening shut (which makes cleaning a little more difficult) and removed the top bar. - If you want an item just off the shelf where you don’t have to do any amendments this is probably not for you, but we haven’t been able to find anything else in our daughter’s favourite colour.

As described...perfect for chicks

Poor quality
Seemed great idea for young chicks- but sadly product is poorly made and not sturdy enough for hen and chicks. The clip for holding top and bottom closed does not latch. This has caused one of our chicks (few days old) to get stuck in the feeder upside down. This caused a lot of distress for mum and chicks.

Lovely, just right for my Dutch gold bantams . What more can I say
Super little trough for my rather tiny bantams . I love the roll bar in the top which stops the little miscreants standing in it and tipping it over instead they just move it around haha. Very easy to clean. It is quite light so probably not good for anything other than quail, Dutch bantams and baby chicks which is what it is designed for. It does come undone a bit easily but now I make sure I pick up from underneath.

Good trough
It is a good trough and easy to clean. The clip to lock the lid is not that strong so I have tipped the food out accidentally a couple of times!

Buon prodotto
Molto utile e ben fatta. L'unica difficoltà che ho trovato è quella della leggerezza. I pulcini salendovi sopra la ribaltano. Risolto, inserendo un peso all'interno.
