Question 1

This seems to help with ringing in the ears.  My tinnitus is loud hissing and electronic sounds.  Has this helped anyone with hissing tinnitus?

I’m just not the type to get behind a product that doesn’t have a trail of real science. But I can’t deny that taking these really seems to help tinnitus for me. I’ve taken them for years, originally for general good health. I’ve had some tinnitus for years, but never was a bother. About a year ago, it got much more pronounced, and began worrying a bit, afraid this would escalate to a level I couldn’t deal with. That caused me to go deep into tinnitus and understand what it’s all about. The main point that helped me was the cognitive approach. Basically, after getting a terrific clean bill of health, I realized there’s nothing to be afraid of. It’s a sound, not a disease. So I learned to habituate, and to incorporate the sound, not be afraid of it, nor bothered by it.,

However, I notice there are ups and downs. Salt, caffeine, stress are the things that escalate it. And it takes me a bit to re-center myself. These bioflavonoids are part of the positive cycle.

Everything you read about tinnitus mentions bioflavonoids, but few say it’s THE thing to manage it. Through trial and error, and lots of note-taking to keep it real, I came to realize that when the sound escalated, I wasn’t taking these supplements. I don’t know about you, but sometimes I go through stages where I just don’t want to take supplements. Like I need a break. I often have stopped these bc they are a large pill, and don’t want to bother. I had these moments, many of them, where I said to self “my ears are worse again … what’s different? And the answer was that I stopped taking these pills. That was the only thing different. I’ve been around and around with this and I’m convinced they help. They don’t make tinnitus disappear, but they help a lot.

BTW, I also tried taking Rutin snd Hesperidan only. The quieting in ears is never the same as when I take these pills. Also tried taking only lemon bioflavonoids, but same. I never get the good benefit unless I’m taking this particular mix of bioflavonoids.

does it help decrease bruising. My pharmacist says it does

I don't have any bruising issues.  But I have always taken Vitamin C with Bioflavinoids.  I take these as extra care.  I have heard that Vitamin C and Bioflavinoids helps with bruising.  These are non-acidic and can be chewed.  I have hard time swallowing pills.

Don't know ingredients. But they did absolutely nothing for my tinnitus wasted my money.
