Hi, I ONLY HAVE THIS ELECTRIC BIKE AND THE BATTERY CHARGER DOES NOT WORK, THE CONER OF THE BATTERY HAS A SMALL CRACK, THE METAL ON CERTAIN SECTION ON THE BIKE HAVE DEVELOPED SOME RUST. How can I protect my investment, this was not a 20 dollar item, this was a $1200, dollars? what are your thoughts and how do I get a new charger.

Bike doesn't work and company will not help us!
We ordered this bike in November 2017. My husband bought it for me for Christmas. He put it together and it sat in one of extra bedrooms because we live in upstate NY and it was obviously winter. Earlier this month, we finally got the bike outside. I got on it and rode it a little ways up and down our street - 3 to 5 minutes I would say. And then it just stopped working. We contacted the company and they said - we will help you. But, then they started telling us that we have to take the bike apart and check all these connections, which sounds fairly complicated. We told them that we don't have the tools or the ability to do that. They kept pushing for us to do that and we kept saying that we didn't feel comfortable and now they have stopped communicating with us. I have written to them a few more times and they refuse to answer me. I feel that since it stopped working so quickly, something was not done properly on their end. So, we are stuck with a $1400 lemon! I asked if we could take it somewhere for repair. No response. So, before you buy this, consider the fact that you are on your own if it doesn't work properly.

Great bike. Just make sure to get both tracking information
This is a great bike to have. It's easy to use, love the LED lights and speedometer. The only issue I had was the bike and battery were mailed separately. So make sure to contact the seller to get both tracking information.

... in January and finally now that the weather is nice in April I started to ride it
Purchased the Gigabyke back in January and finally now that the weather is nice in April I started to ride it. PROBLEM I only get 8 miles per charge, I have 15 miles and have to charge it twice. I only got 7 miles out of the second charge. I called Gigabyke and they say is more likely a defective fuse and now I have to wait for them to send me a replacements and hope it works. Makes no sense a new Gigabyke and I'm having charging problems. all my miles have been downhill and level areas.Gigabyke customer service is slow and takes forever to get assistance. I'm frustrated by their lack of good service and if I don't get this resolve I'll be selling the ebike. Was going to use the ebike as my main mode of transportation and don't believe is very reliable.

What a great bike. Assembly instructions were not the greatest - it came from China so I wasn't expecting a great one.Common sense and about an hour and it's done.This is for my wife, but I rode it and it does a steady 20mph and I drove it for 20 miles and it still had a charge left, and I weigh 200lbs!

Be very carefull
First off let me say that the bike did arrive in a timely fashion - But with a broken headlight!. I called them (Bikeberry) and they replaced it with another "broken headlight". Called them again and received "finally" a good unbroken part. Mind you my main reason for this purchase was to have it for transportation to and from work. I'm the closing assistant manager at our shop and and have to ride at night - No headlight no travel (for two weeks). Now I need a front fork assembly which "they" say is a (special order part) this was a week ago now I'm three weeks down. I'm trying to get a Quick and reasonable resolution to getting it fixed. This is way too much money to spend on something you can't even use!

Great electric bike
This E-Bike rides great and handles great. some parts missing but seller handled everything to my liking! I actually bought two of these the other one had no issuses! Lots of fun!

Customer service is too slow
The ebike arrived with no assemble info. 2) battery and charger connector did not fit .3) fender had reflector too close. Return took too long. Speedometer did not work. Ebike is built strong and ride smooth with pulling power. However, exchange is too slow. Ordered July 2, and still ebike is parked with no battery July 27, 2018. Review taking long to be posted.
