I purchased because I read an excellent review from some one with diverculitis who said their doctor told them to try it. I am very glad I purchased as I really believed has helped my diverculitis flare up to calm down. Tummy was better in 2 days after I started capsules. and it was bad for over a month. Easy to swallow.

Friend recommended Slippery Elm for digestive problems. Works great! Check the internet/doctor though to see how long you should take it if taken daily. Personal use is only when needed.

I’m not sure if this is really slippery elm? I ordered it because I couldn’t find my bottle and needed it asap. It got to me fast and it was around Christmas time so I give them stars for that but …. When I have a really bad go with my acid reflux I like to open the capsules and make a thick drink . It will coat my esophagus and my stomach and give fast relief. I did this with these and it never got thick. True slippery elm gets thick as soon as water touches it. I usually get a paste with two opened capsules , then add water until I can swallow it. This never did that. Then I thought what is it doing in my stomach when I take it in capsule form. Probably not getting thick .It might work for some but it didn’t work the way I needed it to.

Helps with my dogs coughing

I have continuing digestive pain after eating and it disappears with a slippery elm capsule. I take one with each meal for comfortable aftermath of meals. What a blessing1
