I may have potential, but right now its not a good automatic vacuum
I've had this for 2 months and had high hopes for it when first purchasing it due to the reviews. But... It's been a bunch of disappointments since.Let's start w/ the pros.+ The camera and remote control work as advertised. Very cool but the camera angle isnt ideal for seeing things over 3 feet away.+ It has maps where it has been.+ The firm ware has us updated 3 times over the last two months. Its a good sign that they will keep updating it.+ It has 3 modes of suction. The strongest seems better than my older Neato. Medium run quitely and is sufficient for maintenance even w/ 2 little kids.+ Battery life appears to last longer than older model Neatos/+ Setup was extremely easy; i think it took less than 2 mins. The Negatives- The mapping does nothing more than show you where it's been.- The map can not be used to restrict areas from being vacuumed.- The map is not leveraged to improve AI navigation.- Over the past 2 months, it has only accurately mapped out my home 5 times.- The wheels skid over wood floors; i believe this causes the map to reflect abnormal floor plans. Check out the pics which show 4 different maps within the same week where there were no changes in obstructions.- The vacuum requires light to work... It will not work in dark rooms. Its not a feature but it should use good navigation map to understand where and where not to go...- They do not respond to questions submitted over their website/email.- It does not do well over ANY carpet or low pile carpets. It will get stuck over 50% of the time; what is dumb is that you can hit the button on the vacuum to have it try to restart itself and can get it to adjust itself out, but it will not retry if you try to restart it from the app. When stuck there is no app pop up letting you know its stuck. But what use would that be since it cant get itself out anyway. Why not have a auto retry?I wont hold my breath, but i still hope these flaws can be fixed through their firmware.

So frustrating!
This product is super frustrating because it has so much potential!! The suction and cleaning are great in the path that it chooses... That's where the problems begin. The mapping Interface is deeply flawed. I live in a 800 sq foot home, and I keep one room blocked off. So that's 600 SQ feet this device needs to clean. It starts off great in the first room and you can watch on the app how it maps. However, once it goes under a piece of furniture, or into a new room, this device becomes helplessly lost. I've watched the map show my house grow into a monsterous 4000 sq feet as it keeps looping into what it thinks are new rooms while missing large sections of the areas it should be cleaning. Often it will hit a table or wall so hard that the dustbin dislodges and the vacuuming comes to a halt. Since November, I have run the vacuum just over 60 times, and it has made it back to base once. It's actually cleaned the entire house now 3 times. But for a device that is built around mapping, it falls short. A camera oriented vacuum needs to understand where it is and if it's already cleaned an area. One day perhaps with software updates, it can achieve what is is capable of.

5 stars on hardwood, 1 star on carpet
I purchased the M6+ through a website called Meh.com. It’s a great vacuum with awesome features and an easy to use app. The suction is better than I had expected. The problem I have is carpet. It will run on carpet for about 10 minutes straight. Then it will announce a “main brush stuck” error. The brush is not stuck, the carpet just causes a malfunction for some reason. When this error happens I check the brush and empty the dust bin. Neither solves the issue. On hardwood and small rugs the vacuum is flawless. The M6 has reviews stating the same issue with carpet. It’s a great device, navigates well but if you need your living room carpet cleaned then look elsewhere.

Smart. Great Suction for Pet Hair.
Best robot vacuum I've had to date. Very smart and cleaned house in quick time, great suction for dog hair and mapping is on par or better with Roomba and Neato just a much better price. Will be buying another one for my downstairs.

Pass on this one *edit*
The media could not be loaded. Â First robovac we decided to try. Extremely dissatisfied. Even when it was on the hardwood it did a terrible job. Couldn't pickup the dog hair off the area rug as seen in one of the photos and could barely pick up dog hair off the rest of the floor. When it would drop off the end of the area rug it would just deposit some hair that it "picked up". Comes with no stop sensors so that's kind of lame. I also noticed that while it was running it was interfering with my cell phone while I was on a call (static/breakup coincided with rhythm of the m6 running).Overall, save your money, buy a microfiber dust mop if you have hardwood. If you have carpet, try a vacuum cleaner, literally any vacuum designed to work on carpet will do better than this) and get off your butt. If getting off your butt isn't an option , be prepared to spend a lot more money on either a cleaning service or a legit robo vacuum.*edit*After less than a full year of using the vacuum once a week on average, the plastic hinges broke off the collection tray. Still not impressed.
