I can even make my own Ice Cream in this!
I have been thrilled with this purchase since the first week! I've almost forgotten all the recipes that are so much easier with this appliance. I really like Oster appliances - as long as you get the right one. I make pizza once a week, little less in the summer. The part I liked least about pizza night is chopping the veggies. I prebake my crust, because I like them thick, but not doughy. While the dough is baking in my 12" Lodge cast iron skillet, I chop the vegetables, shred the cheese, and have even made fresh tomato-basil sauce in this food processor. Sauce with fresh and flavorful tomatoes are better than anything store-bought by at least seven-fold. I make the dough from scratch, so the sauce is the one thing I could never take pride in before. You can even make creamy cheese sauce in this processor if you want a change from the common tomato-based sauce.I've also used this processor for shredding carrots and slicing vegetables for other recipes. Making biscuits - done that too. I also make a lot of salsa, very hot and spicy that is devoured quickly.Creamy recipes are whipped up even faster than cookie doughs and I never get bored of experimenting with new recipes. Today, I made my favorite recipe (so far) to make in this food processor. Ice cream! All you need is 4 half-frozen bananas and about 1.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Pulse until the bananas are creamy. Then you can add the flavors you want. You can also add sugar, honey, agave, or other sweeteners. Today, I used a bunch of strawberries that were frozen but mostly thawed, and half a can of chilled coconut cream. Pulsed in those strawberries and then put in the freezer for about two hours. After one hour, stir the ice cream so it becomes more creamy, not so icy. In another hour, enjoy! If you want harder ice cream, leave in freezer longer. Or shorten the time for soft serve. I think the next batch I'll make some caramel from scratch and add pecans.I have seen youtube videos of people making ice cream in blenders and food processors, but I hesitated to try it. I'm glad I got over that trepidation because I doubt I will ever buy ice cream from the store again. But after making homemade nut butter in this food processor, I became more confident that this processor can do just as well as those expensive processors I can't afford. For some recipes, it may take a couple minutes longer because it is not the highest wattage, but I can live with that. Also, when making ice cream, make sure to thaw frozen ingredients a little. Cleaning up this food processor is much easier than fussing with an ice cream maker, and using valuable space to freeze the bowl and make a ton of ice. I already freeze most fruits I purchase so they don't go bad before I can consume them. I make a lot of smoothies and green smoothies, so these are ingredients I don't mind sharing with my ice cream recipes. You can even make this with all vegan ingredients so it is healthy for you and your family and guests.I know there are other recipes I could talk about making in this food processor, but in almost 3 months of owning this Oster food processor, I've barely started having fun with the many recipes I passed up because I didn't have a food processor. One of the best things about this particular food processor, that was important to me, is that it is easy to move. I get enough of a workout from my cast iron cookware, I didn't want something else I'd have to heft out of a cabinet. However, in hindsight, this doesn't take up as much counter space as models with a higher price tag, so I've been leaving it on my counter. Right behind my Oster blender. I wanted a smaller processor than 10-cups, but that has turned out to be a great size for so many recipes, and dough, that I am glad I did not choose a smaller one. Many times, I prefer making large batches so I can have leftovers and don't have to cook as much. 10 cups is about perfect for enough vegetables and cheese for 2 deep dish pizzas in my 12" cast iron skillet.

Works very well so far, looks good on the counter, not too bulky, and is cheap
I bought this because it is relatively cheap, not too big, and I need a processor to rice cauliflower. I like the taste of cauliflower rice (a healthier substitute for real rice) but grating it by hand was too time consuming, wasteful, and the cauliflower's sulphur smell stinks up the whole house. I have so far used the processor twice since receiving it. So far, it works VERY well. Tip #1 = Do not try to rice a whole head of cauliflower in one go. I tried that the 1st time and found the cauliflower pieces were just sitting on top of the blades, and not getting "processed." The 2d time, I put the cut cauliflower pieces AROUND the blades, emptied once everything was reduced to fine grain-size, and refilled. Problem solved. The processor is very easy to clean which is great, since I am unlikely to ever use it otherwise (RIP the fancy juicer). FYI, I learned that the cauliflower stink happens regardless of whether you use a processor or a box grater. I baked blueberry muffins after cooking the cauliflower to try to chase the stench. I may have to rethink the cauliflower rice. Back to the processor - there are 2 other attachments besides the scary looking blade attachment: a plastic blade for working dough; and a flat metal circular piece apparently for grating things like cheese & carrots. Nice to have the options. Altogether, this was a good buy. I recommend this processor as a space saver (relative to a Cuisinart) that saves a lot of work and at this price, is a steal.

Works well
I have no fear of a kid hurting themself with this machine. There are 3 safety features that have be set before it will run. The bowl has to be locked in, the lid has to be locked on and the feeder tool has to be inserted and push down. I wanted to make an apple brown Betty, chopping the bread worked really well as was slicing the apples, very impressive. No time at all. Cleaning the bowl was a snap, the lid was a different story, maybe something Oster could remedy. There is a ridge in the lid that sits on the bowl. Pieces of food seem to get stuck in it making it a little difficult to clean, but an old toothbrush works to dislodge it. I believe that was also mentioned by a previous reviewer. Lost 1 star for that. BONUS: all the parts fit into the bowl so you won’t be losing them. This unit is tall, 16” when assembled. When you are making dough you make sure you are holding on to this sucker, it jumps and bounces around more than a herd of wild horses. If you're not paying attention, you could find it on the floor. Update: So far I have made dough twice for pizza and this processor is just a pain to clean. Dough gets stuck everywhere inside the bowl, inside the parts, and all over my hands when I'm trying to remove it. I've decided it's way more convenient and less messy by making dough in my Bosch mixer with a dough hook.

Everything works really well except the knead dough option. Not strong enough.
Chop / shred vegetables. Great.

Definitely worth the price
The only thing I have an issue with is the liquids that get stuck in the handle and the customer service from Oster. But it's a really decent food processor
