I used to go to the bathroom regularly like clockwork. I've been suffering from constipation ever since I moved (to a different state) most likely due to the change in food, schedule (time zone), lifestyle, and my lack of exercise.This supplement helped me get regular again and even helped stop the sharp pain I would feel from time to time in my upper left abdomen esp. when I'm constipated.I take one capsule in the morning and one at night. I have never had any issues going to the bathroom. I just wanted to feel healthy and thought maybe this would help me. I have been taking it for almost a month now. within 4-5 hours of taking this, I was in the bathroom. I'll go as far as saying 'severe cramps'. I have IBS and have taken Culturelle and I have taken RePhresh Women's Probiotic. Not had any backlash from them. This could very well just be me -- isolated case, but I thought I would send up a flag.

Look carefully at the product description. This company lists the total bottle count of live cells instead of the single serving or per capsule amount of live cells. This product is 1 billion cells per capsule equaling 60 billion live cells per whole bottle. The product may be fine if you are looking for lower levels of live cells, but if you want higher levels of live cells per serving, you will need to look elsewhere, .

I'm hoping that it's not too good to be true...been using it for almost 2 weeks - my acne has cleared up and the chronic constipation I have had for well over 20 yrs has gone missing! This is the best thing I've ever invested in! Thank you Serolife♡

This product seems like a very good one. When I have eaten too much sugar I feel it in my sinuses and it has only happened once since I began taking this. The price seems very high to me but I have been using PBS for years and it is very inexpensive.

This product contains 15 strains of bacteria which I think is pretty impressive as many probiotics available in the shops only contain 4 or 5. I have already noticed a positive difference which might be attributable to the probiotics. My stomach is a lot flatter and less puffy.. and despite not dieting I've already had someone telling me I look slimmer. I will continue to take these probiotics as my experiences so far are positive I also appreciate the fact that they are dairy-free.

I have had stomach problems (similar to IBS) which required surgery. After six months I assumed everything would be back to normal. I have tried over the counter products, which in my experience only helped in the short term. Bought these after reading that certain strains of probiotics might help with rosacea. Too soon to tell if they're helping with that but within 30 minutes of taking these, I had the quietest, happiest, most settled tummy I can ever remember having and still have. Very pleased with them for that alone :)
