I haven’t used it yet, but it’s a well made product that will serve the very useful function of keeping jars in place during canning. Also, it DOES fit the Ball Fresh Tech, if you thread the drain plug through the attached handles as shown in my pics.

This is a great idea. The only reason I didn’t rate it a 5 is because it doesn’t fit electric water bath canners.

Amazon delivered canning rack 8 July 23 and I immediately worked on food to can. Prepared 6-pint jars for processing and this rack held them in place beautifully during the 2 hour water bath process. I couldn't be happier.

This versatile canning rack fit my stockpot. Also, it can be used for different size jars and it won't rust over the years. I like it!

This has FINALLY solved the issue of jars mysteriously breaking in the water bath canner. I think the bottom of the pot was just getting too hot, and the glass was sitting on a metal rack right on that. The materials in this rack must protect the bottom of the jars from heat a lot better. My summer of canning was made so much more pleasant by having this little helper in the bottom of my pot!

This canning rack works very well, keeping the jars separated and upright. We are in an area of very hard water, so I put a cup of white vinegar in the canning water to eliminate white residue on the jars. This causes a problem with metal racks, but this nylon one just quickly rinses clean. I tried many other racks, but this one is the best and I won't be without it.

I like that this fit into my water bath canner. I upped my game and bought the Ball electric canner so this isn’t any use to me except to sit the jars in it to cool when they come out of my canner

This was a great find. It fit perfectly in my tall stock pot that I use to water bath quart jars. It was high enough off of the bottom that the bubbles didn't rock my jars. I used it for 1/4 pint, 1/2 pint and pint and a half jars successfully. It goes right in the dishwasher when it needs to.

I like these way better than the stainless steel basket. I like the stainless one because you can lift it up higher to take the jars out but it always left a mess. This one is better because it doesn’t leave a rusty mess, easy to clean too! I highly recommend these for people who do water bath canning

I would not purchase this item. I used it on the bottom of my canner and it warped. The sides pulled up and the bottom warped downward. When sitting flat on the counter the bottom center touches the counter and the outside area is 2-3 inches off the counter. Not worth the money. Can't use now.
