Decent, but no audio. HDMI and USB cables are included.
I bought this switch to take the place of an old VGA KVM switch that I had paired up with a HDMI switch. I needed to add a third device, so I was in the market for a new switch. Note that this switch does not include audio jacks, so I left my speakers connected to my main PC and am using headphones for the other two. Not a deal killer for me.Initially the switch didn't work for me. It's important to remember that you can't always plug it into a PC that's already on. I had to turn everything off, power up the switch first, then connect the display, keyboard, and mouse, switch to port 1, then connect the display and USB for PC1, then connect the rest of the displays and USBs. Then it worked perfectly. Sure, it's a little slow, but again not a deal killer for me.Comes with four HDMI cables, which makes it a very good value.

KVM Pet Peaves
This new USB / HDMI KVM switch is great. I have 3-computers (2-servers and a workstation) that I switch between every day, all day. I very much appreciate the fact that I can switch between these computers using the hotkey (Scrl-Lock Scrl-Lock #) instead of having to reach up to the KVM switch itself. But here's what bugs me about this particular unit: Being a Westerner, I'm used to counting from left to right... right? But the KVM switch has PC4 on the leftmost position of the unit. The Rightmost button is PC1. This is okay, I guess but I have to keep remembering that backwards numbering sequence when I hotkey between what should be my FIRST computer but is numbered on the switch as my 4th computer. It's a translation I'd rather not do but who cares? Ya know? Here's what really bugs me. My monitor (I was surprised to learn) does not have an HDMI input on the back. It has VGA and DVI and that's it. So I went out and purchased an HDMI to DVI adapter and plugged it into the back of the monitor. Problem solved, right? Well, yes but for some reason the new configuration never allows my monitor to go into sleep mode. So, I have to remember to physically turn off the monitor when I'm done using it. Now don't get me wrong, the signal from the computers stops but the monitor, instead of going to sleep, sits there and reports, "No Signal". Not helpful. It's an old Samsung monitor and I'm convinced that if I'd buy a new monitor with HDMI capabilities, it would work as expected but I'm not going to go to that kind of expense after all the expense and hassle of swapping out my old (PS/2) KVM switch (which had it's own issues). One more thing: The orange power indicator on this switch is BLINDINGLY bright. I had to put a little plastic cap over it. These are totally petty issues and I don't want to come off sounding like a whiner. The problem it solves (i.e. connecting multiple computers to a single console) completely outweighs the way it solves it. I'm grateful.

Works but has major electronic issues
I bought mine in Jan 2021 and been using it for work since I have 4 PCs on my desk and have to constantly switch gears. Anyway this thing worked perfectly for about 2 months and then suddenly the K/M ports burned out or something. When I plug a Keyboard or Mouse into them, Windows detects the device and even prompts me on screen that it found a keyboard or a mouse, however, it just will not work. Keep in mind this worked for 2 months. Fortunately the device has 4 usb ports. So I plugged my keyboard and wireless mouse into the USB2 ports. They started both working again but since these are not the default K/M ports, I lost the ability to switch machines with Scroll+Scroll+1-4. I have to physically press the button on the device now. Not really a big deal since I was usually doing that anyway. But I will say that overall this device has problems. If these other 2 ports burn out, I am probably screwed and will need to get a new one.I would say try to avoid this one. I was reading over the reviews and noticed several people had this same exact issue. Also found that this particular brand is notorious for these electronic issues on other forums as well. So its a gamble getting this brand. A lot of people seem happy, some seem incredibly unlucky, and some are sort of in the middle like me. Time will tell if my luck runs out.

Works Great - Fantastic Service
I received the product to replace a HDMI only switcher, I needed to cut down on the number of mice and keyboards I was using. This device worked well once I figured out the a problem I was having. The seller requested feedback, and I mentioned my confusion about the device. He reached back to me and understand the issue, and then replaced it with a newer model. I told him that I could live with my issue, but he insisted on replacing the unit for me.The switcher keeps the connection the computer alive so it switches faster. The computer doesn't have figure out that the display is lost.I can't believe that the price included all of the cables (HDMI and USB) for 4 devices. That makes it a really great deal. The service I received was fantastic.

Died after 2 Months But Got a Replacement.
The device worked perfectly fine for the first 2 months. Easy to setup and simple to use.But this past week, the HDMI input would no longer switch. The USB inputs switched correctly, but the HDMI output would only show the first HDMI input's signal.I reached out to the seller (through Amazon) and he was extremely responsive in getting me a replacement device. The guy who helped me worked extremely diligently to get me a replacement device that was their newer model. So after it all, it was easy to replace and I even got a newer model out of it. So I highly recommend this seller.

Solve Those Pesky USB Porting Issues
The convenience of having the USB multi-port expansion to my computer solved several problems. Now I have room for several extra support pen drives as well as remote keyboard and mouse dongles. It works very well and it keeps annoying connection cables out of my way. A great job.
