I purchased this mainly because i have been searching for a leather cover for my Kokuyo Jibun techo !5 planner set. I wanted something that at least wrapped around. I wanted something that would zip shut but i couldnt find anything in the size i needed. So I purchased this. I am very happy i got this as it is a lovely piece of leather. Its thick, but not stiff, so i know my books will be protected inside of it. The leather is nice and soft to the touch and it smells amazing. It is well worth the price paid, and i would pay for it again. It did come with a journal already inside, so i removed that and am using it for note taking. It also came with a pen that i have left with the cover for use. I highly recommend this journal set, it is well made and of excellent quality. i love mine <3

The leather planner cover, the reason I purchased, is really good especially as it was inexpensive. Not great quality leather, but definitely better comparatively to most in the price range imo. Nice to touch. The notebook inside seems like an afterthought. It’s hard covered which isn’t necessary when putting a book in a leather cover. My own 2019 planner book(leichturn, also hardcovered) fits in the cover well. I also tried an old spiral bound planner and that also fit well. I’m looking for an agenda that is soft for 2020 to put in.

This journal is fantastic! I debated for weeks which one to buy, read a lot of reviews, and finally settled on this one. I am so glad I did. I love it!!! The cover is real leather and is very well made. The snaps shut and open easily. I love the pockets on the inside as well. The pen holder is in a nice spot and the journal can still be snapped shut when a pen is in place, which is a problem with some of the other leather journals out there. The included removable journal is of very nice quality, both the cover and paper. There are two attached ribbons for bookmarks which are nice to have. The included rosewood pen is great too. It is a roller ball pen and writes very smooth. The ink does not bleed through the paper so I am able to write on both sides of each page. I have been using my journal nearly every day since I got it. I still can't believe how nice it is, far exceeded my expectations. These are so nice and at such a good price point, especially since it includes the pen and comes in a nice box, that I am going to keep this in mind for future gift giving. I will probably be buying a few more very soon!

I wanted high quality, functionality, and beauty. This journal appeared to have the first two, but didn't look so beautiful, I purchased anyway. Opening the book revealed high quality leather, not soft and supple, but strong,appropriate thickness, and sturdy. The trickle design is fantastic and provides 3 decent slots \ pockets to store things. There is a sturdy leather loop to hold a pen. The 2 magnetic closures hold very well. The high quality wooden pen that came with it writes smoothly in black ink. The hard cover insert line paper is also very high quality. I thought i preferred a soft covered insert, I was wrong, This one is fantastic. Overall, I have no complaint and was very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend for both females and males.

Beautiful, the color of the leather is rich. it scratches easily but it adds to the character and charm! The pen is great, cartridge is ok. I have been using it to write journal entries for about 3 months and it hasn’t run out yet.

Since it isn’t possible to leave less than a one star review, one star it is. This journal cover is extremely flimsy. Not even sure it’s real leather. I’m returning it for a refund. Don’t waste your money or your time.

The leather is very very nice, very soft, and doesn't seem to scratch too easily. I love fountain pens but I did try the ballpoint that came with and it is nice. Also along Fountain Pens, the leather pen holder inside can hold Pilot Metro, Prera, Jinhao x750, Levenger, TWSBI 580ALR. I put a Jinhao 159 in it over night and now it can hold just about any size fountain pen. Only complaint is that there isnt much room for extra pens or an extra pad of paper. It gets very tight... UNLESS you change out the A5 book that it comes with it for something with less pages (maybe a soft cover instead?). Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

I like this journal cover, it is beautiful. I wish however it were a bit more sturdy and could hold a little more. I wanted to use it for my bullet journal and four or five travel notebooks. I will make do with three travel notebooks since I like it enough to keep it. Thanks Jofelo for the nice product.
