Check your handlebar configuration carefully
The quality is good and you can in fact operate the phone's touch screen through the plastic. The plastic caused some glare in the sun, but the biggest issue was that the handlebars on my hybrid bike are raised several inches with a forward-slanting section at the top. My only option for affixing the case's lower, horizontal strap was to wrap it around the slanting section, which made the case angle down, basically facing my stomach. In that position, I couldn't see the phone's screen while riding. If your handlebars are at the same level as the bike frame, the case should fit better.

Clever design, lightweight, clear view of phone screen
This is a great accessory to have especially on long bike rides. The bag is made with a very sturdy and durable material and mounts easily and securely to the handlebar and rests on the stem and frame of the bike. The bag has a very clever design, intended to be multifunctional—my iPhone slides into a display pocket in the front of the case where my screen can be easily seen through a clear, soft plastic touch sensitive window, which makes it possible to be able to access or use the phone at any time on my trek. Behind the cell phone pocket is another compartment to use to put smaller items in that you want to carry with you. The whole bag zips on each side to lock in the contents safely, and is also waterproof so whatever is inside it is protected from getting wet. I like that it packs in a lot of things I want to bring with me on a ride by using the space efficiently, remaining very lightweight and not bulky, so it doesn’t affect steering or balance while cycling, and compact enough to not block my vision of the road beneath me. I love using this to be able to monitor at a glance if any calls are coming in without having to stop to check!

Fits my Note 8!!!!!!
I can not believe that this actually fits my Note 8 nicely!! I need to take it out of my military case, but no problem with that at all! The touch screen works great, and the visor truly shields the sunlight away so the screen can be seen in bright day light. Fits and looks nice on my bike. I highly recommend this product and this company!!

Once placed in the bag, you CAN’T use the phone.
After receiving the bike bag, I placed my phone inside without my otter box case. After a few minutes of trying to turn my phone on, I gave up. I pulled the phone out and turned it on manually. I placed it back inside of the bag and continued to have the same problem, I couldn’t open any of the apps nor was my phone following any of touch commands. I pulled my phone out and began the return process.Pros:1. Nice looking bag2. Spacious inside.Cons:1. Can’t control the phone through the protective covering of the bag. Example- phone did nothing when I pushed the home button to turn it on. Also, tried to open different apps but the phone didn’t respond.2. The zipper got stuck on the rounded parts of the bag constantly. Either the bag ends up inside the zipper or maybe some WD 40 could help. I believe it’s a defect. How did it receive high ratings??

Didn't fit on my handlebars
Very cool-looking and functional phone mount, but unfortunately does not fit my bike. I think if you had handlebars that curved upward it would be fine, but my Zizzo Liberte has straight bars and this doesn't Velcro to them without it slipping. First, my handlebars have a "bump" in the middle, separating the right and left, and the two Velcro straps that go around the bars aren't wide enough apart to accommodate this. Second, the Velcro strap that goes around the stem isn't long enough. It wouldn't matter anyway because the weight of the phone drags the thing down until it's facing my knees. I was impressed with the quality of the mount and how I could keep my wallet and keys and phone and a few other small items inside. The touch screen worked great. Not sure how long the Velcro would have held up. It's a real shame this didn't work for my purposes. I'm going to give it two stars because nowhere on the product page does the manufacturer specify what kind of handlebars you'll need. I'm sure most people have traditional bikes and this would work fine for them, but this disclaimer is necessary. Also, the bag says "opamoo" on it, not "cycling," which isn't a big deal but is misleading.

Just what I needed
Seems to be a very well made case. I've been using a similar style phone holder for several years, as I use my phone to track my cycling. Being able to interact with my phone while riding is very important to me, so I need a holder that will both protect my phone and allow me to see the screen. The previous holder I used was much like this model, but I left it on the bike while storing it for a while and the exposure apparently damaged the material. This replacement seems to be made a bit sturdier, so I have good expectations of it. The design/style is what drew me to this one. It has a port on the bottom so my phone (Google Pixel 2) is perfect for it. My previous holder lacked this port, forcing me to leave it partially unzipped, thus potentially exposing the phone to moisture or debris if the weather was bad. With this design, I'll be able to keep the phone secure in such conditions.

Just what I needed
I haven't had this case long but so far it's been better than I was expecting. I was originally using a case that attacked to the upper support of the bike frame and it was okay but it was at an awkward angle to view the screen effectively. This places the screen in a far better position. When I got the case I put it on my bike and then had to leave for a while and placed my bike back outside and while I was gone we got another thunderstorm. When I got back i figured I might as well see how water proof this actual is, bone dry. I was kind of surprised to see it hadn't leaked at all. The sun shade on it is also more effective than I was guessing, as long as the sun isn't directly overhead. I use a Moto z Play with a moto mod battery and it fits perfectly. the side buttons can't be used unless you squeeze the case in the right spot but over all I'm very impressed and pleased with this.Pros:Water resistantGood placementScreen is east to seeVery secure with 3 velcro strapsCons:Stiff zipper (probably a result of the water resistance)Would be nice to have a front loop to attach a light.
