Not that I expected. Nothing special or better than the domestic cheese which can be bought at your local supermarket.

This was intended for various cooking dishes.Unfortunately, the cheese advertised as "Emmental" was not Emmental at all. We don't even know how to qualify it.We ended up using a little bit as accompaniment with crackers, bur decided in the end to throw the the remainder in the trash.
