I'm getting more proficient on handling these bad-boys... These are all perfect, as described and for the strength excellent vfm. These will be used for securing portable air-con vent ducting to the window frame (seal in white Gorilla tape) plus on a set of metal shed shelves to put tools in easy reach.Still amazed at these kind of magnets, take a look at Brainiac75's YouTube channel for training videos too! Their only downsides are being a little brittle of snapped together or chipped to then corrode.Nice touch to include bespoke cut 3M double-sided tape.Can't wait to see any doors or the fridge to stop shutting properly!!!*Edit July 2019* next project was to avoid a non-cheap Oral-B toothbrush from falling into the bath and breaking like the last, pictures attached, additional magnetic and white Gorilla tape tape, success.

My bad - I thought these magnets would be longer than they are so were not fit for purpose.They are very strong bar magnets, but massively let down by the adhesive backing.In our use, they were to hold up 8inch long cupboard LED lights. These lights are quite light. The magnets were stuck to the cupboard doors and some under the kitchen cupboards in order to attach the same lights under the cupboards to provide illumination when you are near them. The wooden area where the magnets adhesive backing was to be aplied was thoroughly cleaned and dried before attaching the magnets. They were left for 24hrs and then the lights attached to the magnets which worked perfectly. Sadly, though, within a period of betenn 8-24 hours, all the lights had fallen off (with the magnets still attached) two of which were slightly damaged. So I can only give this product a 1 STAR rating. The adhesive strips need to be significantly improved and extras provided.

I ordered these thinking I could apply them to the back of a kitchen door and could put my kitchen knives on them, sadly they started off really well but after 2 days all of the magnets fell off the adhesive so they are no longer fit for purpose. I think if you need something that isn't really of any weight substance these will do fine, but a kitchen knife seems a little step too far.

As described, easy to use, one broke in half upon use, however, very high quality and very useful.

Bought these to try in guitar pickups but the magnets were a bit to powerful for this purpose.Be very careful when separating them as one broke when it snapped back to join the others, I left them separated but did not realize how powerful they were.

Strong neodymium magnets, close to measurements given, well packaged. Keep the cupboard closed. They're not joking about the risk of snapping if allowed to collide though; they're strong.
