Ice Cream Bible

I definitely think one of the best ice cream books I have seen - the recipes are quite easy to follow, although measurements are mostly in cup sizes, but that was fine, as I already had some measuring cups at home. I made the Bubblegum, Chocolate and Key Lime Pie and were really successful, had great comments from my family, superb and delicious! This is now a new hobby!
