Great quality but poor design
The concept of this was good, but there are many flaws once you start using it.The pros...the price was good and the quality is good. The stand stays in place and the material does not seem cheap and does not have any weird smells. The bad... the placement of the handle and the size of the handle is horrible. The handles are right above where your charging cable goes in. They are so far down that it overlaps with your charging cable causing the handles to push your charging cable. I know this will definitely cause my power cable to fail sooner than later. My main concern is if it will actually mess up my charging port on my fire tablet. I am debating returning it because of this. The placement of the handles also make it so you can not see the buttons on your table. They are tucked in behind the handles. If you want to turn the volume down you have to turn the tablet around to look for the buttons. If the handle placement was different this product would have been greatIf you found my review helpful please click helpful

Stops Unwanted Screen Touching
I used this in an airplane on a 15 hour flight and in the car on a 10 hour road trip and it was PERFECT. My child is in a rear-facing car seat and this enabled me to set up her favorite shows without allowing her to touch and move the screen. We brought it through the airport, in and out of a ton of hotels, and everywhere in between and my kindle never once got scratched or chipped. She can hold the sides of it easily herself (which, again, prevents unwanted screen touching), and she likes for me to set out the stand so that she can watch a video in the floor. The only trouble we had is that it can be somewhat tricky to hit the on/off button when waking the kindle up and turning the screen black. Otherwise, it’s an awesome product and I like it better than the kid amazon covers.

5 year old love this case too
The stand on the back is great. Very sturdy and 5 year old is able to collapse it by herself. The straps are great for road trip movies. The speakers have a slot so the sound is redirected to come out the front which is great for when it’s laying on a lap.The buttons are able to be pushed but you have to be precise where you press and you have to press a little harder than normal (little grabby fingers don’t accidentally press them now) 5 year old is perfectly capable of finding them and pushing them if needed. The handle on the side does put pressure on the charger to the point if it’s being used it will bend and break the charger in the port(so just take it out of the case to charge) easy to take in and out of the case as well, but doesn’t feel like it would come off too easy for little handsThe only thing I would change would be the buttons on the side and the handle height over the charger port.

Great for tiny hands to hold onto.
Amazing case for the Kindle fire. Both my 18 month old and three year old love it. I like that it has three places for their little hands to hold it and that I can stand it up easily too. I like that the buttons are semi hidden so my oldest needs to have me turn it on but that he'll eventually figure it out too if I were to show him. Love the baby blue color. My kids haven't tried taking the case off yet and is well placed on there. Haven't had then drop it yet but I don't see that being an issue with this case if it was too be dropped. It is a silicone case and fits very snug. The power cord is a little tricky but nothing to hard.I only worry about the standing part breaking with my 18 month old that's not sorry careful yet but nothing bad has happened yet just a worry bc I don't want it to break.Overall a very nice toddler friendly case

Flimsy and can't charge with case on.
First this thing is very flimsy. It almost has a wet slippery feel to it. The strap is weird but seems to work correctly. The worst part is, you can't charge it with the case on. The charging port is underneath one of the handles. So unless you have one of those angled charging chords you can't charge it. It will fit in but puts alot of pressure on the mini USB port. Really nothing is good about this case. The pics are to show you the charging issue.

Good case option for Fire 8 (2019 edition)
This case fits well and I use it for car trips to hang off of the back of the passenger seat. The handles are a nice addition but the case is actually kind of heavy and weighs too much for my 22 month old to hold for an hour or two but he can set it in his lap as well. The case seems like it will protect the tablet against drops but haven't tried that yet. (LOL)One thing I would change is to make the strap length adjustable. Overall, for the pice it was a good option and I am happy with it.

Good for Elderly person
We got this for my Grandma to go with a Kindle we got her so she could facetime with us. It is sturdy. If dropped it bounces and seems it would protect the Kindle inside. Fits a Kindle 8 great! Only thing I would change is make the handle sturdier so that if it is held by the handle, you can still use the Kindle and it wouldn't bend back. Hard to find a case that you can do that with but elderly people think they have to hold the handle and then it doesn't stay in place and moves and they get frustrated (I know its made for kids but it works great for adults to) Had to show Grandma how to hold it inside handle and that would help her keep the kindle from falling from her hand.

Nice cover, kickstand is crap!
The cover itself is very nice. It fit our kindle 8 and works good. This was a Christmas present for a 2 year old. She loves the handles and the strap. BUT- I wanted something with a stand so she can stand it up when using it. The kickstand is complete garbage. It broke. I knew it was flimsy when I received the cover. I was hoping it would last awhile. But it didn’t make it even a week. And sadly, the kickstand only works in landscape, not portrait. I am looking for another cover for her that has everything this one has and has a good stand with it.
