Military Drones

I issue flight clearances for the Navy and this was a good book to have a little knowledge on the background of the Predator while I was working a flight clearance for that system. It does not go into a lot of detail on specific systems, but it does have the basics.

This book is very basic; 32 pages total and contains very little in the way of specific information about drone models that are being used in the military. Very large type, very brief and with good but general illustrations. While it wasn't what I expected, I would certainly recommend this as a good book for children ages 8 - 13 with an interest in military aircraft.

Our four and a half year old son loves all things military. With drones being available on the market and used locally by law enforcement, I saw this book and figured it would be a great addition to his library. It goes over a lot of history, parts, and purposes of how drones are used in the military. The pictures are engaging and well detailed.
