8mm Sterling Silver Open Hoop Hugger Small Cartilage Tragus Earrings Thin 22 Gauge

I don't normally leave reviews but these hoops really impressed me. I ordered them for my double helix piercings after getting tired of studs- earring backings irritate my piercings for some reason (posts too short perhaps?), so I was immediately attracted to these hoops without backings. They're thin enough to fit in without force, and if your ear is a little thicker, they bend easily so that you can finagle them to fit. While I totally understand how the bendability of these earrings may be a con to some people, I actually found it really useful in inserting them. They're too small to fit adult lobes, but for an adult helix piercing, the daintiness and small size is absolutely perfect. They look darling!

Very dainty and cute! Go well with other earrings and can still be professional. I wanted hoops I could keep in a bunch of cartilage piercings 24/7 to keep my holes open and these have held up well. I’m normally very sensitive to sleeping in earrings but these don’t really bother me. They haven’t gotten messed up from showers or hair products. Only one earring got stained a dark color on half of it but I think that’s because that hole got slightly infected and must have bled and stained it. But the other earrings have held up great and besides one hole bleeding for a bit these earrings haven’t caused any irritation to my sensitive ears. It’s hard to fully close the backs but even if you can’t get it right away they don’t fall out or really get stuck on your hair or clothes. I’ve worn these for about 3 months and I’d recommend!

These are nice. I have had them in my cartilage for a couple weeks now. They were hard to get in but don’t let that deter you from buying them they’re still worth it. because they are so tiny and it is difficult to keep the shape fully, the deformation isn’t noticeable once they are in the ear though. Also keep in mind there is a small ball on the end so you have to shove that thru your tiny home and then its okay after that!! They’re super cute and very comfortable. I would recommend

I got these because I'm an active person in sports. Being active, I could get hit in the ear by a stray ball or my ear rings can get caught on my hair, jersey, etc. Not to mention when I sweat while wearing regular earrings the backing of the earrings tend to get funky. BUT not with these earrings. If I get hit, they are small enough to wear they don't dig into my skin, they're hoops so they don't get caught on clothes or hair AND they don't have a backing so no funky sweat accumulation. I would go on and off from wearing earrings because of mentioned activities. But when I would put on earrings after not wearing them for an extended period of time my ears would be sore. Now that I don't have a reason to not wear earrings I avoid that as well. I definitely recommend them.

Really great earring! I’m able to put it in by myself too! Only 2 issues! My hair gets wrapped around it( I think around the clasp).the clasp randomly opens but doesn’t cause the rink to fall out. My friends let me know it’s open. Kinda annoying, all these complaints only happen a few times a week. Worth the buy!

i bought these to wear in my 2 cartilage piercings i’ve had for well over 5+ years. keep in mind i’ve never had any issues with any type of metal in my ears or any allergies to any metals. putting this through my piercing hole was uncomfortable and awkward as there the knot at the end has to go through which irritated my ear to begin with. about a day or so later my ear began to feel hot and looked a bit swollen, i thought it was because i has stretched the hole too much from said knot. it became too painful to even sleep and i had a constant throb in my ear. this morning i took it out and it was hard to take the earring out because of how swollen the area has actually become. when i took the piercing out, it looked like the “metal” had already tarnished into this weird black//colored metallic that would’ve been directly in my piercing hole. i have 18 piercings in my ear all together, so i know fake sterling silver when i see it. this product is not safe and really caused some trauma to my ear to which i have to now soak and clean to bring down swelling and pain. Not sure if this was just a fluke in production but i will not be buying anything like this again. (as i sit from my bed with my entire right side of my ear throbbing and purple.)

Not what I was hoping for. Yes, they were light weight, but they were actually too small to go around my cartilage. Maybe I misunderstood the Extra Small description to mean the gauge, as opposed to the earring loop size.Also, the tip of the earring, which goes through the piercing, was a large/wide/ball tip and its diameter was bigger than that of the actual earring hoop...therefore, making it difficult to insert.I ended up tossing these and buying new ones at a store. But, I would recommend to make the actual ring a little bigger/wider to cuff comfortably around the cartilage. I also recommend to not make the piece that enters through the piercing, bigger than the actual ring.Cute design and great idea. Just difficult to insert.Thanks.
