I followed the instructions perfectly but I still had a hard time... I couldn't get the mouthpiece to mold to my teeth and the slightest bit of whitening gel got on my gums and caused a big sore.... With that being said my teeth do look whiter! I would not buy it again.

You definitely have to start off with 30 minutes. Excellent package with plenty of product. More than enough for even 2-3 people.
