This does the job, you will sweat. Comfort wise, they are ok, but you feel great relief when you take them off. I walk up to 2 hours and at the beginning they may feel heavy but later on the body adjusts. I’m 5’7” (171cm) and it goes over my belly button, which is a plus, S fits me.They are thick and well sewed, I don’t see them falling apart any time soon. I’d like if a bit darker thread was used, but it’s just a matter of taste.They are easy to clean with warm water and shampoo/shower gel.They do warm you up,I think that full leg length would be too much to bear.

I was initially sceptical when I read the description of these shorts, but was pleasantly surprised when they arrived These are great shorts, very well made with thick durable material and nice contrasting stitching. It's stretchy enough to allow movement so you can comfortably do stretches, lunges, whatever exercise you fancy. The shorts are a snug fit and hold all my wobbly bits in place. The waist band stretches high up and does not ride down. For once I have not had to keep stopping my exercise to pull my shorts up. As described once you start exercising you start sweating the incredible thing is the moisture is retained on the inside of the shorts and the outer layer remains dry. These shorts are a great buy only just started using it, but can't wait to see the results wearing these shorts will bring.

Fit well. Well made. Low on the waist for me but I have a deep hip. Low waist trousers were never a good idea for me. I was expecting the thick material cheap ones but these are actually really well made. Similar to your usual gym Capri leggings but a bit thicker. Could wear to the gym as leggings if I wasn't too worried about squatting in them hehehehe

I do like these I managed to get them on I was being cocky getting a medium then a large! But neither the less they do get on tight squeeze tho my own fault! I'm sweating out worn them on my exercise bike and I saw sweating everywhere! Good buy!

These shorts were the best buy i ever made. I had a different pair and they were so bulky and heavy. These did exactly the same job. They are so light and comfy. After an accident i had i gained lots of weight around the hips and thigh area. Already i have lost 2 and a half inches from my bum and 2 inches off my thighs. Really delighted with these.

I bought this product a couple of weeks ago and I can't describe in words how happy I am with this purchase. I never knew what a big difference a good pair of gym trousers make! They are very comfortable and light and really compliment the body shape. Also, since wearing them I managed to lose some inches from my thighs! Amazing!

I received them today looks good ,I am size 10-12 UK I chose M after reading many reviews and checked well the Amazon size chart,not trying them,will comeback with updates soon

these are an amazing piece of gym kit. true to size I'm a14 and get a large. fit is snug look is fashionable for gym and to wear on a casual day walking or doing shopping. I have the knee length and full length leggings therevamZing and really help with weight loss on my waiste and hips. will be buying more
