I don't do a lot of these reviews, but there weren't enough reviews on this thing and I was talking a chance when I bought it. So, I thought I'd leave this information for the next guy like me.I bought this so I can listen to music while mowing, and not get dust and grass all over my phone. There are two problems, however.First, the strap which goes around my upper arm is tight and uncomfortable, even when adjusted as loose as I can. My bicep is only 13" around, probably average for a man. If yours are anything like that or bigger, it's going to feel like a blood pressure cuff on your upper arm. Fortunately, this thing comes with all sorts of other straps so you can wear it from your neck, across your body, in your belt, etc. However, I can't imagine those positions would be comfortable if you're using it while running.Second, the hole through which the audio cord fits is a steel grommet. The hole is about 5/8” in diameter, which is just small enough that my audio cord (a pretty standard headphone cord) does *not* fit through. Because the grommet is steel, I can't even stretch it to make it work. So, I have to slip the cord in behind the corner of the zipper.Otherwise, this thing has plenty of spots to put your phone, plus more stuff in, even a second phone, and lots of flexible ways to wear it. It would make a good small travel case or purse. But I wouldn't recommend it for a running arm band unless you have smaller arms.It's also only, $10 so I think I can make do with it. We'll see how it works when I do the mowing next week.
