SALOMONWomen's Speedcross Trail Running Shoe

Took me a little while to get used to these shoes, but I really love them now. I bought them primarily to use for agility with my very fast Border Collie - the brand was recommended by friends. Grip is fabulous, and they really hug my feet so I feel supported. They're great for walking, although not waterproof, but fabulous for country terrain. Not cheap but recommended. *They have a kind of thread, rather than laces, that you tighten and loosen. Found this odd at first, but am now a convert, they never loosen or come undone, so no tripping over laces.

So comfy, supportive, grippy. Lightweight waterproof. Sized up from 6.5 in normal shoes, 7 in Nike to 7.5 in these

I bought these after seeing a review online and they are sooooo comfy… ended up buying the wife a pair also as she liked the look of them. Warm, great fit, plenty padding and just nice to walk outdoors in…

I love running trails and my local trail is always super muddy and doesn’t have a flat section to it’s name. These are the first proper running shoes I’ve bought in an age and I’m so happy. Where as I was slipping and sliding everywhere before, these shoes have given me incredible grip in even the muddiest of conditions. I also run with my dog attached to my waist, so they hold their grip even when he’s too enthusiastic to listen to slow down commands. I haven’t had one slip which for me is such a game changer. They’re also very light so I don’t feel like I’m dragging weight on my feet. They definitely fit snuggly when I first got them ( I got my usual size) but after a few runs they have moulded perfectly to my feet. In order to get to my muddy trails I have to take the neighbourhood paved paths and they also perform well on these harder surfaces. Very happy with this purchase.

I don't find the arch support as good as it is with the other Speedcross models. It rubbed on my little toe for a few days, which has never happened before.

I bought these to stop me being pulled over by my dog during canicross. They are very comfortable and have proved invaluable in the wet winter weather

I found these pretty difficult to get on but once they were on they fit very well. After a couple of days things get easier. The foot support is brilliant. My 2nd pair arrived today. Love them.

A friend recommended. It was also recommended to her from her trainer. I have a lots of hiking boots and I felt bad I’d be buying another pair but these are very comfortable. The balls of my feet were hurting but I didn’t notice it while wearing these. The grip is great on rocks etc.

Sturdy structure/great traction. Love the quick fastening laces. My feet feel well supported in these shoes. I wish the lugs and shoe lasted longer but I’m HARD on shoes running elevation which means lots of downhills. I’ve tried many shoes and the better ones average me the same lifespan. When I no longer use for trail running, I use for everyday. The fit definitely supports my feet. I can’t go barefoot or where cheap shoes or my feet breakdown and body aches start. I’ve never worn Wide fit shoes but last order sent was a WIDE size. If you suffer from blisters on toes running steep downhills the extra toe box room solves. Just ran back to back 16+mi 4000+ elev gain mntn trails. Amazed at how good my feet feel. Just bought 2nd WIDE pair to rotate on downhills.

I will never buy a shoe that is not a salomon!! I feel like I'm wearing orthotics...my feet are sooooo happy when they slip into a salomon. 🥰🥰🥰

Love these runners and I don’t even run. I use them in the garden and hiking, great support, traction and style.
