Mazama Designs Replacement Bite Valve Sheaths for Mazama Bite Valves (3 Pack)

I bought these to fix a leaky HydraPak Blaster bite valve. I am a huge fan of HydraPak, and they do sell replacement valves, but this is a cheaper option, and addresses the specific problem of a tear in the rubber part. I received a package of 3. The fit is good. It took a little effort to take the old rubber piece off and put the new one on, but it wasn't too bad. Initially it seemed kinda hard to get a good flow from the valve, like the rubber was more stiff or something. After a couple of uses it seems better, and more like it was before. I am very happy that this product is available!

So I chewed through the original bite valve on my Osprey Hydrapak, and wasn’t sure which replacements to buy, so I bought both. After comparing Mazama to Osprey, I’m keeping the Mazama and sending the others back. The Mazama are thicker (note difference in weight) and seem tougher. I’m hoping they will last longer. And the fact that they are considerably less expensive is nice too. They don’t bite.

works great on Salomon 500ml/16 oz Soft Flask, they are very stiff in the beginning, but after a brief break in period they become easier to drink off my soft flask. i dont get any more leaks from my bottles, these are nice for training, but i will use the original on my salomon soft flask since they require less effort to drink out off, i dont recommend these for serious racing.

Super randomly our old mouth piece had begun to mold, not sure exactly how as I am fairly meticulous with cleaning them and air drying thoroughly but alas, it happened - no biggy. After trying to remove all signs of mold and failed to make barely any difference we sought out the replacement option. Fit with little to no effort, just like new! and now we have spares on hand in the event that we are surprised again to find mold.

These rock! i thought my old osprey was doomed, couldn't find a set of bite valves local, But these did the job, No Leaks, Good price, Good product!No Bad taste eitther!

I used these to replace a damaged bite sheath on my Osprey hydration pack. They fit perfectly and seem to be the same size, shape and material as the original piece. I've used them on a couple of hikes and they have restored the bite valve to the way it worked originally.I would highly recommend them. A good purchase if you own an Osprey hydration pack, whether your value is broken (it will go eventually) or not.

I bought these to replace the bite valve on my Salomon soft flask. I wasn't sure if they would even fit, but as it turns out, they work better than the original! Doesn't leak at all - unlike the original. I use the flask for running and for skiing, mostly. So... yeah, solid product!

It is perfect for my U'be bladder replacement mouthpiece. Yeay!!!! I am so happy I found the correct item and all I needed was this piece. Thank you to the company that make these.
