The great full beef flavor and the low sodium.So many bases are way too salty.

I purchased this to make some low sodium back pack dehydrated meals for a trip this summer. I was not expecting much taste from this but was pleasantly surprised by this product. This is a product I will now use as well for regular meal cooking that calls for a beef base flavor and gives me a great slow sodium choice.

Good taste

My husband’s heart condition requires very low sodium. I add a teaspoon of this to the water to cook veggies, rice, potatoes, etc. also lets me make gravy. The beef is a little less flavorful than the chicken but still a welcome addition to my pantry

You can tell that the salt is missing from this "spice", the taste is bland. But, it's a good choice for a sodium free gravy.

I had bought boxes of the beef and chicken sodium free packets to try. Really liked them, so decided to order in the jars. They have great flavor ! I highly recommend both chicken and beef!

The cost to produce a sodium free item should be less than the one with sodium. However, the only way to obtain this product is via online. With sodium associated with water retention and has a negative impact for those having heart issues, this product should be easily obtained at the local grocery store and be less expensive.The flavor and ease of use is the same as the sodium version of this product.
