The product is compact and very nice to look at whilst also being very robust and of quality build quality. I have no experience of other watch winders but this one is very easy to use, silent (almost impossible to hear) and I am very pleased with it. Furthermore it is very flexible with various setting available in terms of direction and RPD to suit all watches. The mounting cushion is also easy to use and protects the watch well. I would also like to highlight the after sales service - I had to swap the supplied mounting cushion as it was too large for my watches (I have a relatively small wrist) and I, therefore, contacted Barrington after sales service. They were fantastic to deal with and replied immediately and replaced the cushion without cost, which I received within 48 hours, brilliant service. In summary, a fantastic well priced product for the quality and excellent after sales service, would highly recommend the product and business generally

Stylish product, quiet and quality. I have two of the Barrington single watch winders in orange and navy. They look great next to one another and are very quiet (not silent) and exactly as described. I bought the wrong sized cushion and helpfully there was information in the package that advised how to exchange it. Barrington sent a replacement cushion that day. The winder works as I wanted it to and looks good too. Would buy again.

Although I wear my Omega pretty much every day, I’ve been looking for a watch winder for some months now, as I do have the occasional weekend / few days when I will go watch-less. Knowing nothing about watch winders, other than they can be either very cheap or very expensive, I scoured reviews and decided to settle on the Barrington for one, which scored highly in the majority of reviews I read and fell into the bracket of affordable and good quality. Another bonus was the range of colours, so I plumped for the orange one which matches the bezel of my Planet Ocean Seamaster watch.Incredibly easy to set up, looks classy and has a very quiet operation. There is some sound (it’s not silent), but hardly noticeable. The watch fits snugly into the holder on the winder. Once it’s plugged in, and the watch is set on the holder, job done.Service from Amazon was excellent, as usual. Had a follow up from Barrington to check that everything was to my satisfaction, which was a nice touch.Happy to recommend the Barrington to anyone looking for a quality watch winder.

Ordered from Sertaint and got very quick delivery - well packaged - no chance of damage in transit. Instructions clear. On loading my watch onto the holder I found that the springy bit at the back was stuck on one side and didn't grip my watch properly. After temporarily fixing (wad of kitchen roll!) I turned the winder on. I was a little surprised at the noise - although not loud it was certainly audible and not what I would deem as ultra quiet. I contacted Barrington direct with my above observations who offered a replacement or refund. Opted for a replacement as I like the look of the winder. Returned the original, then received the replacement a few days later. Holder is fine, but the winder is still not as quiet as I was hoping. Having said that I do not have it next to my bed, and so it doesn't affect sleep! I put my Seamaster on and left running on 650 wpd. Went on hols and on return 8 days later found the winder had done it's job and time was perfect, so no issues with functionality. I would recommend this winder but do bear in mind it's not 'Ultra Quiet', but probably no louder than other winders up to this price. It's well built, looks good and does the job. Excellent service from Barringtons as well.

I was apprehensive about this purchase as it's not as cheap as some watch winders, but the quality is excellent and it is completely silent, even though it's sitting on a bedside table. Excellent product; even comes with an extended warranty through Amazon.

I got this as a birthday gift for my partner and was worried that it might be too small for his large watch but it was fine.The winder looks, feels and works nicely. It has the appearance of very good quality and styleNot too bad a price for a pretty decent watch winder. Its not too noisy and very easy to set up by all accounts.There are settings depending on how many turns and which way you'd like it to rotate your watch and should you want to purchase additional Barrington winders they can be linked. which is good as my partner has several watches so I can purchase additional ones later on down the line.There's a a great choice of colours all at the same price with the exception of 4 which are priced at £3950.00 due to the materials they are made out ofThe winder Can be powered by battery or mains.

An excellent quality watch winder. I owned several cheaper watch winders before and they let me down. You get what you pay for. I researched the Barrington and was convinced this product was a much higher quality, as you would expect for the price. I am very pleased with my watch winder. It is quiet, easy to use and looks fantastic. It always finishes the cycle with the watch pointing upright again. It is those small details which show the engineering and quality. Importantly it also runs on two AA batteries, which for me was critical as I don't have a power socket on the wall behind my chest of drawers. Overall very pleased and would buy again.

Works great and it’s quiet. Keeps watch wound without over winding it. I chose the dark green colour which is very nice. Very pleased with the purchase! Highly recommend this winder.

I researched watch winders for quite some time before coming across Barrington and their product range. I found with the cheaper winders, and their seemingly more palatable price, you will likely trade away some features/benefits......such as CLEARLY adjustable turns per day (TPD) settings, near-silent operation, quality of finished product, or a warranty from a reliable Western company, together with EXCELLENT customer service.The Barrington is extremely well made, with a beautiful green-glossy piano finish on my example. It does not operate silently, but the sound you hear is VERY quiet (from about 2-2.5 feet away - bed to nightstand where the winder sits - I measured around 33 dBA with an SPL meter - which is around the background level of my bedroom).There is an unobtrusive green flashing light when the actual winding is taking place (there are rest periods). The watch "pillow" is brilliantly simple and easy to use assuming you are using an average mens' sized watch. Just close the strap as if your wrist is large, click-down the "foot" on the back of the pillow, which holds it in place so you can work your watch onto the pillow assembly and center it up. Then, press on the "foot" again, and it will release under spring tension and press straight out and back against the strap with adequate (but not excessive) force to keep the watch centered on the pillow. The pillow itself is held in the winder with two notches on the rotating carrier, and that easily engage/disengage the pillow with a slight squeeze on the pillows "ears." I bought a second Barrington winder in white for my wife, and her watch uses the "FLEX" pillow - which is a firm, dense foam that is used for smaller strap diameters. Works the same, holds the same - just squeeze down the foam and place your watch on the pillow before releasing the foam against the closed strap.Of note during my research of watch winders, the ease in ACTUAL TPD adjustments were especially important to me. From what I've learned, it is important to not overwind and prematurely wear the sliding mainspring bridle in the barrel - I'd rather not replace those parts at service, and the Barrington makes it easy to set the appropriate TPD for any watch to prevent overwinding (research online or contacting the manufacturer of your watch gives the recommended TPD).It seems many cheaper winders DO correctly allow selection of single, or bi-directional rotation, but they lack a clear and easy setting for TPD, or they have excessive TPD modes instead of intermediate TPD modes which could be useful for some watches. You can do math to figure it out (not difficult but inconvenient when different "programs" in cheaper winders are not clearly marked)...….or I had seen some folks buy a smart plug and use it to "program" in the activity of a cheaper winder to achieve a certain TPD......not necessary with the Barrington and its clear rotation direction and TPD knobs - especially convenient if you rotate between watches and want to use the winder while you rediscover a safe-queen with different TPD requirements that you haven't worn for a while.In whole, the Barrington single-winder range gives you a wide choice of colors to satisfy quirk or room decor, beautiful finishing and quality, near silent/unobtrusive operation, choice of optimal "pillow" for your watch(es), easy and secure mounting/dismounting of the pillow, easy to use directional and TPD setting knobs, the ability to "daisy-chain" additional winders on a single AC adaptor as needed, and stellar customer service (I needed the Flex pillow for my wife's watch, and it was a pleasure to interact with Barrington Customer Service).The price is a little more, but worth the quality and features if you're trying to take care of a nicer watch(es). Don't spend money on this Barrington for your only watch, a Seiko5....but if you have a few to several nice Swiss watches or nicer Seikos, they can take turns on this winder (or several daisy-chained together) as you enjoy wearing your collection.

More than happy with my Barrington watch winder. Silent, high quality and beautiful winder. I really like the battery option, making it portable and much easier to place anywhere.

I bought the Barrington watch winder in July 2022 for my husband. After some research I chose Barrington watch winder for his automatic watch. The winder works perfectly well, is very stylish and the motor is very silent. The packaging was also excellent. My husband is very happy with the winder. It appears that I made the right choice.
