The pictures of the sprouting peas included in the Amazon write up are not this product (but the seeds are a dry yellow pea); I went through a 5 lb. bag of Green Peas for spouting the previous two years. We really enjoyed the rapid growth, the pretty leaves and tendrils, a nice addition to a fresh salad. I saw the Amazon pictures last year and thought they were similar to what we had just sprouted for two seasons...but they are different. I purchased 5 lbs. of these last April to replenish my supply for this winter. I started sprouting again in December and have been disappointed that this variety is very different. They grow quickly, and are ready for harvest as 4 inch sprouts in < 2weeks (10-12days). The flavor is not bad, but you basically get much more stem, very little leaf and no tendrils. My wife especially misses that as a garnish on her salads.Overall I am still giving a 4 as they came quickly, appear to have a good germination rate and do not taste bad. See the attached pictures, sprouts at about 8-9 days.

I love trueleaf products and am happy to see them on Amazon. Great seeds! I’d say 96% germination. Just make sure when growning microgreens to put a lite layer of soil on top of seeds when finished planting. Helps get alllll the seed hauls off.

Well what can I say they grow easy enough. They seem to grow better under LED lights then sun light but it could be my imagination. The shoots tasted good. I’m sure the wife will want to purchase more when these are finished.
