I started using this since my dad had to go on a low sodium low fat diet. My family doesn’t miss salt now that I season all our food with this or many of the other Dash seasonings along with garlic or other compatible spices. Southwest is my favorite for Mexican dishes, chicken, soups too. With a wide variety of flavors you can get a grip on reducing added salt.

I really like Mrs. Dash chipotle seasoning. Since I’ve been having health issues, my internist does not want me to consume any sodium, which is practically impossible because everything has sodium in it even milk. As a result, I’ve ordered all the Mrs. Dash seasonings and they are fantastic. It really enhances your food an I’m quite sure that you will enjoy it too!!! Just try it you’ll like it. 😊

As a stroke person. I had to go on low salt. Trying to find something to make your food taste great without salt is hard, I got this and use it for everything. Taste is great. I recommend it
