iSpring and PureDrop Customer Service
I cannot say enough about how friendly and supportive the customer service is at iSpring and PureDrop. Francis went above and beyond to make sure the right filters were shipped to me. In the past I have dealt with Don and he gives the same amount of attention to the customer. I would recommend any product and especially their RO units. They are awesome!

Amazing what is taken out!
Phase 1 was so filthy when I removed it, it was disgusting to think we were drinking that! Glad it came with an extra phase 1 filter

Be aware stage 4 not included
I take responsibility for not reading the description thoroughly. However the advertisement leads one to believe that this is a replacement set for a 5 stage ro system. It does come with 2 of stage 1-3 filters and one 5th stage. BUT not the 4th stage membrane

Great tasting water
Perfect fit for my unit. Had to contact manufacturer to aquire the housing wrenches that you need to remove the housings. Happy with results from them also.

Easy to install and great customer service from Don
Love the quality of my drinking water now! My only complaint would be that I can’t get enough! I definitely would recommend reading the instructions carefully before installation! This is not a project to take on and not know what your next steps will be but rest assured if you take you time you’ll be very satisfied with the results. I installed it myself and had only one issue but customer service was prompt and helped me with my needs!
