Women's Gala Slide Sandal

This was so disappointing. I absolutely love Sam Edelman and have several of his sandals. These missed the mark. I first ordered a 7.5 because all my sandals from this brand are. When I got them, they were way too big. My feet were just swimming in them. So I returned it and got a 7 instead (which is my normal size across brands). And somehow... they were still too big! The straps were too loose still, which is not an issue I usually have. I have somewhat narrow feet, but I still thing they're average width. The length was true to size, but the straps weren't. So I've given up at this point because a 6.5 would just look short and ridiculous. Such a shame!! I was so excited about these and planned on using them nearly every day for work if they had worked out.

I LOVE THESE SANDALS. I love this style but I didn't want to pay much for it especially since everyone seems to be making something similar. I tried Sanuks since they're known to make comfortable sandals. The footbed was super comfortable but they would not stay on my feet (a common issue a lot of people complained about). Then I tried Target. A lot of people were talking about Targets sandals being super comfortable and good quality. Nope! I finally got these and well worth the money. They're my go-to sandals. Looks good with pretty much anything I wear and super comfortable.

I normally wear a 7 in sneakers/boots and a 6.5 wide in sandals and flats, occasionally a 6W (since those styles all seem to be made for people with insanely skinny feet and no arches...). Bought a 6.5 W based on reviews (Saying true to size, so I’m normally 6.5W in sandals) and the provided size chart (in inches) These fit more like a 6W. My heel is very close to hanging off the back (my foot measures 9 inches in length) Foot still goes over the sides slightly (my foot is 3.2 inches at its widest point). Straps are a little tight but hoping they will loosen with wear (there is a small elastic slit towards the bottom of the shoe so there is a small amount of stretch with walking, but not much). If you’re a truly wide shoe size, I would order up a half size. I would require a 7W in these and normally 7W in other shoes I’ve tried is so big it falls off my foot. Quality is great. Looks very stylish yet sleek and simple.

These sandals are very cute, but they aren't made for semi wide fat feet... you may want to order a size and 1/2 up. I wear a size 8. In these sandals I tried a size 8, 8 1/2, then 9 1/2. My foot was at the very end of the size 8, and the band is too tight across the top of my foot, so I exchanged them for 8 1/2 it pretty much felt the same, so I jumped to the 9 1/2, perfect, it fits like a size 8 to me... after all this, the only thing is the wide band across my foot is tight, but eventually it will loosen.

I wanted so badly for these shoes to fit!!!! The size of the shoe wasn't the issue but the two straps were way too loose and didn't fit snuggley across the top of my foot. When I walked, they flew right off. Sadly I had to return them.

These are a tad small, but I liked them so much I hoped they'd break in. They were hard to keep on at first but after a second walk around town in them they're fitting really nicely. They never caused rubbing or blisters.

I ordered a half size up and they were still too short in length. Not sure if it is just this style as I have never ordered this brand before but disappointed. Event passed and I didn't have time to play around with sizes.

Love these sandals! Goes with everything from jeans to a dress. They are slightly padded and are super comfortable. I have narrow feet and was worried the straps would be too big, but they fit perfect. Not sure it would be comfortable on someone with a wide foot.

I have always liked Sam Edelman shoes and these do not disappoint. The larger strap has a little elastic gusset at the sides so you have a little give, but it's not really visible to anyone looking at the shoe. The patent makes them look a little dressier. If you have a slightly wider foot you may find them tight at first, but they stretch after a brief break-in period.

Love these! WAs looking for some cute strapped sandals that would look good on my wide feet and these do! The strap closer to the ankle has a stretchy part but the strap closest to the toes is a little tight. Hopefully will stretch because it’s real leather!

Love these slides. I got the saddle colour and they look great. I orderd 8.5 and I have a wide foot and they fit perfectly. Love Sam Edelman shoes!

These fit perfect and true-to-size. Very comfortable.
