Does it work for Cannon EF 75-300 mm lens?

Yes it does. I use that lens very often with my M 50...works perfectly.

I bought this adapter to go with my canon eos rp camera and canon ef-s lens. is this the wrong adapter? I cant get the lens to mount to adapter.

Hello, The latest EF-EOS R can work with EF lens as well as EF-S lens, but the old verson doesn't. Our guy make some mistake and send the old verson of EF-EOS R to amazon warehouse. That is why it does't work with EF-S. We just found this mistake and amended the description on the website. We apologize for this. Please return the adapter to amazon and they will give your refund. Does these mounts crop the image? I dont want to lose the full frame

As long as your camera's sensor is full frame, you do not have to worry about the adapter cropping your photos. I own the Canon EOS RP and the adapter works wonderfully with my EF lenses.
