I'm required to stick to a low-sodium diet, so seasonings with 0 sodium are very useful. These four are also very flavorful. I use these on a variety of foods. I'll happily get this again.The Southwest Chipotle is my favorite of the four. It has a smoky taste and a nice amount of zing.The Garlic & Herb smells and tastes exactly like garlic and herb. Good stuff.The Fiesta Lime has a good spiciness to it and a citrus flavor.The Extra Spicy is indeed spicier than the other three, but that's okay by me. I have my limits on spiciness, but I still like the Extra Spicy.

I've been using Mrs. Dash salt-free spice blends for years, and I think I've tried all of them. This particular bundle is ideal if you want to try some different varieties.I use the Fiesta Lime on fish and chicken before grilling or roasting. The Southwest Chipotle is great on steak, chicken, or pork chops. I use the "Extra Spicy" whenever I just want to add a "kick" to roasted veggies, rice, or pasta. And the Garlic Herb is wonderful on *everything*. I usually mix a teaspoon or more into a pound of ground beef before forming into patties -- just the right amount of "special."Honestly, if you're trying to reduce salt consumption, these are the way to go. Tons of flavor, excellent balanced combos, and in this bundle, economical, too. I pay way more per bottle at my local supermarket (obviously, your mileage may vary ... ). Highly recommended.
