No doubt that this case is well made and easy to assemble. The touch screen works really well and the side buttons are unaffected.It is very heavy though. Maybe it just seems heavy compared to much lighter cases I’ve had in the past but I’ll see if it affects me walking around.It’ll take some getting used to especially swiping up and down but I’m sure it’ll get easier.

With my job being outdoors in dusty dirty and wet environments I need a phone case that can fully protect my phone from all the elements and abuse of my job. I like this case as it fully encloses the phone protecting it from all elements of the environment. Previous cases I’ve had be full body that snap together or cover style cases always let some form of dust and dirt in behind the case damaging the phone.Over the last few years I’ve had about four of these cases now. Why four? This is a brilliant case for protecting my phone with my phone being 3 years old now and still like brand new despite the abusive environment I work in. However, the case does not last me anymore than 10 months before it’s in bits. I always find myself going back to this case as i am yet to see any other screw together case that seems anymore durable than this one.The main weak point with this case is drop protection, particularly at the corners. The metal elements of the case seem very thin and after any bump or drop higher than a meter the metal will split and bend.I know with the environments and abuse my phone case is made to endure that having a case that lasts is always going to be an ongoing battle. If this case was beefed up a bit more with some better quality or thicker metal and a beefier rubber bumper, I would have no doubt this would be the perfect case for me.

Brought one for my iPhone x a while ago and worked as it should without issue but I just upgraded slightly to an iPhone XR and gave my iPhone X to a family member and brought a new case for both phonesthe I phone x case again works perfectly but the iPhone XR case is useless half of my screen won’t work unless I press harder and typing with it on is infuriating I’m so disappointed as the case itself is perfectI messaged the seller days ago and have had no reply basically wasted £25 on a case I can’t use

This is a solid case that has good protective qualities. I haven't tested it for keeping water out but it seems well constructed and screws together with decent plugs that cover the charging socket and headphone jack.My one con is that I can not fit a standard 3.5mm stereo headphone into the jack socket. I would guess that it has to be the 4 connection type that has a microphone connection so the plug is longer than a standard 3 connection stereo plug. I don't have one of these to test it with so I can not say for sure that it will work. I have had no problems with the sound or using the touch screen I can hear and be heard ok and the touch works fine. I find this case good value for money

It’s a very durable case and I feel good that my iPhone will be safe and sound in this tank of a case

This case is excellent. Hard wearing and yet easy to use the screen. Recommended!

This phone case is really well built and is definitely going to protect your phone but it needs work around the charging port which is slightly too small and the bottom of the touch screen wouldn't work very well
