Does what it says in the description - allows you to light candles inside jars, or pillar candles that have burned a long way down. No burnt fingers, no contortions to try and turn the candle sideways so that you don't burn your fingers with a match. This is my first ever lighter like this. The one surprise to me is that the safety catch is very stiff, so it's more of an effort than I expected to click the safety and then pull the trigger. I ordered two at the same time - a blue Bic and this one, and I find the Bic a bit easier to use - it still has a safety of course, but it it doesn't require the same intensity of effort..

Works well. Have had it for 1.5 months now, I use it for tea candles. It bends well and isn't too difficult to ignite. The clip to hold the neck together stopped holding it. But it's flexible and still bends and kind of stays.

It's ok for the price and was delivered quickly. The flame is pretty weak when I light candles I have to pick up the jar and tilt it, otherwise the flame is not strong enough to light it.

I suppose it serves the purpose, to only light candles. Just dont move it too quickly or the flame will blow out. It is flexible and helps to reach in your deep candles, but there are better products out there for less.

Not bad not bad! it is pretty good the shipping took almost a year but it was pretty good and i would buy again if the shipping did not take 2 years!

Works great! Good for lighting low candles in jars or votives. Great for lighting the grill. Would definitely​ recommend.

Used it to light my furnace. Lot better than using matches and trying to hold them in place and burning out. Had it lit in about 5 minutes compared to usually at least 30 minutes.
