Can this be left outside without problems?

Yep, I've left mine outside ever since I got it! Word of advice though avoid hitting the trees! Ive done that! Lol! (After 8 yrs of abuse, still stops arrows beautifully!)

What is the rating on this block. foot pounds, can it handle crossbow and compound?

I shoot a 55# Compound at 334 FPS and it does stop the arrows. I get about 6 inches out the back though.

How much time would this one resist target shooting from a compound bow (60 lbs)?

Not very long. Took about 10 shots in the same spot and the arrow were passing through at 40 yards

What is considered a high speed crossbow

If you’re shooting any kind of crossbow, this target won’t stop it. Wouldn’t stop my compound bow at 60lbs.
