This works occasionally I used it the other day at work in the hopes of stopping the migraine I felt banging on the side of my head. This did not take it away however. it did allow me to make it through the last hour and half of my work day. The scent is pleasant not over powering or distasteful as we suffers know odor can be an awful slap in the face when having a serious migraine episode. The oil works easily enough while I admit to having a tad bit of trouble getting it on my temple.. I blame user error and the migraine. I actually put a dab just under my ear lobes to assist me with the light tension headache the other day and woo hoo it was gone in about 20 mins. I have used it when I had a very mild migraine and it kept the monster at bay. So I think it depends on the severity of the migraine and the type that you are experiencing as to whether the oil would be helpful, I would buy it again based on the few times I have used it and how effective it was for me. Every little bit helps if you can get a bit of relief from oil with zero side effects.. it's god day. Would recommend all to at least give it a try.

I can't say how this will work for a full blown migraine (I only received it yesterday) but Ive already used it about three times. Yesterday I was coming down with a headache (upper 90's heat, thunderstorms brewing and neck issues) and today I woke up with one. I immediately dabbed this on my forehead, temples, sinus pockets and back of neck. Within about 10-15 minutes I didn't notice my headache any more.Like I said, I don't know how this will work when youre in the midst of a puking migraine but I'm hoping that if I keep this handy I won't reach that point.Just to compare: I have bought Migrastick in the past and it is similar in ingredients to this. Migrastick feels colder on your skin (which can be a good feeling but it also stings if its near your eyes). This Headache relief Roll doesnt sting at all,and while it doesnt feel cold it still works, which is the main thing!And as far as price goes: Migrastick is about $7-9 for 3 ml. This item is roughly $20 for 15 ml. So, for double the price youre getting five times the product. Good deal.

This stuff is wonderful,speaking as a chronic migraine sufferer. Due to the extremes of my migraines and that they can end me up in a hostilely room. I take a regular prescription to help reduce the amount of migraines I get a month. This does not make them go away, so I am always looking for some type of natural remedy to aid in my relief and prevention of migraines. And I have found it with this oil, the smells do not make me nauseous instead they calm, which is a big relief as I hate all the throwing up involved with migraines. I rub it on my temples the sides of my nose and on the back of my neck and it really does help, I will diffidently buy more, I've tried several products since I was 18 and I am 38, so I can say I've been around different treatments, this product has also helped my youngest daughter who is ten, she unfortunately has inherited my migraines and she loves this product. She tells me "mom I'm so happy you take care of me you put that good smelling stuff on and it just relaxes me and helps my poor head" she calls the oil the good smelling stuff :) anyways I could go on and on, just saying it works for us, it may work for you, if you suffer from bad headaches or migraines or even stress why not try to ease the pain naturally :) I would like to say thank you to the creator of these oils, it means a lot to me that I can help my baby girl without drugs, thank you, God bless :)

This was my first Nutravana purchase. I initially bought it for sinus headache relief and was disappointed. The owner of the company told me Breathe Easy would be better for sinus headache and offered to send me one for free. I later discovered that part of the reason this didn't initially work was because the bottle was so full that the roller was not dispensing a good amount of the oils. I now combine this with the Breathe Easy and it certainly eases the pain and I find myself going to the Aleve bottle a lot less frequently since combining the two. I went on to purchase all of the other essential oil blends but the massage oil and love them all. First of all you can't beat Nutravana's customer service! With every purchase there is a follow up email giving you more ideas of how to use the oils. I have found I like some scents more than others but once I allow a few minutes for it to be absorbed into the skin the blend with my body chemistry makes it smell really nice. My favorite is No Worries and I use that as a "perfume" each day and find I need to use the stress blend and the fatigue buster less frequently. The owner will answer any questions and address any problems you might have. You can save money by ordering this as part of the trio. It was worth it for me to get all three together.

I frequently get sinus migraines, which are not always able to be treated with typical migraine medications. I have heard about the benefits of essential oils and decided it was worth a shot. Thankfully, I haven't had any major migraine flare ups since I purchased the oil, which has been quite nice! There was one morning where I woke up with the twinges of a migraine coming on, and so I dabbed a little of the oil at the base of my skull and inhaled a little through my nose. Those migraine twinges were gone within the hour and never grew into a full migraine.As I've only needed to use it once, I will probably come back to update my review after I have had to use it a few more times. So far, I am very satisfied with how well it worked that morning.I also want to add that the oil is stored in a very easy-to-use roll on bottle. It was very simple to just roll a little bit of oil on my finger to place at the base of my skull, and so I didn't need to worry about using too much or too little coming out of the bottle, as it has the roller ball. The oil also had a very pleasant smell. The customer service has also been great, as the creator has been in contact to see if the oil is working for me and providing tips to maximize effectiveness. He seems like he would be very responsive if there were ever any issues, which I don't anticipate, but it's always nice to know that you will get a response.
