This ring light is very bright and, when added to my existing lighting setup, did noticeably improve the overall appearance of my webcam broadcasts. Being able to switch between different white temperatures (warm/white/cool) with just a button click has been way more convenient than having to add or remove physical plastic light filters. The stand is actually a selfie stick on top of a mini tripod, so not the sturdiest, but it works. The only really annoying thing about this light is the cell phone mount. Rather than going with a standard ball joint with a 1/4 in camera mount and including a typical screw on cell phone holder, they for some reason chose to go with a fixed/non-removable cell phone mount attached to a bendy wire....thing. =/ This just needlessly limits the ability to easily mount other devices, such as a webcam, which is unfortunate, because this is otherwise a great photography light.
