High-Flow Soft Oxygen Cannula, Standard Connector 6.6 Feet, Green Tubing - 3 Pack These came individually sealed, medical grade, unlike some that I once got that were obvious Chinese knockoffs in ziploc bags. They fit my machine with a standard slip connector and are more comfortable/softer than the cannulas that came with the machine. Although the nasal "inserts" are longer than those, they didn't itch or bother me as much as other ones. These are softer around the ears and face too without closing the air tube if I roll onto my side in the night. They have a indescribable smell at first though. It seems more "plastic-y" than a sterilization chemical. It didn't really bother me but others may have an issue with it, especially since you're breathing it in. It has a standard plastic loop to cinch it under your chin if needed to prevent slipping. I'll buy more when I need them.

Marked high flow by manufacturer, and confirmed to be able to pass more than 5 Lpm of O2; but, is really just the standard diameters pushed to the maximum and resulting in EXTREME noise. True high flow has much larger diameter tubing throughout (except fittings) to deliver the flow without noise.
