It helps to have a buddy lol it doesn't always stay on ur back and when it's not falling off it's staying in one spot the whole time rubbing u raw. Not really worth it. I wish I didn't waste my money on it.

Great idea, very bad execution. As a few reviews mention(which I ignored:)), it keeps falling off. Also, I had a strand of long hair on the massager and the plastic packaging was torn. Looked used.

I was really excited about this at first, but then the first one I got didn't work properly. It was fine for about 10 minutes, but then the top spinning part stopped working and just clicked when I put it on that mode. So I returned it and got a new one (the return process was easy and quick and they got me a new one with one-day shipping for free). Then the new one started having issues right away: It was too loud, and it kept rolling off my back, so that one was defective as well. I returned that one and didn't buy a new one - it just wasn't worth $70 to keep having issues with it. I won't order another one until I know they have fixed these glitches. The idea is great... it was very relaxing, and I liked the way the wheels helped pull and massage me too. But having to stop and put it on my back every few minutes (or the noise the second one made) just wasn't worth it for me. I was probably just unlucky and got 2 defective ones in a row.

I purchased this product after watching the short video from the manufacturer, showing how the device would expertly maneuver around your back. Unfortunately it doesn't operate this way in reality. Even under perfect circumstances we couldn't get this to stay on mine or my wife's back. It did feel comforting for the few seconds it worked, but the struggle to even attempt to keep this thing on your back automatically makes this thing a big dud. Don't waste your money!

I paid $69.99 for this product because I liked it on videos and I trusted your company, but reality is that it falls from the body every time, I have read all your tutorials but its not working, I tested it also with my friends and it falls every time, it did not go back even one time it just fall, I paid my money for nothing!

First of all it does not behave entirely as advertised. All videos I have seen show how it climbs a back. But none of them show how it drives down. The reason is actually that the device tends to keep on the highest point of your back. It does not drive down much.My unit was faulty from the start. First of all, two wheels where glued to the body. Safety mechanism on one of them does not work correctly (when wheel is forced to stop, another one stops with it). I have seen one comment that suggest that it's not a unique case.My wife likes it, but didn't want to keep it, as she thinks that the price is too high for it.

This gizmo was disappointing. It stayed in one place on the back. Definitely not worth the money it cost.
