Ecotank is a piece of junk
I bought this with a one year warranty and there was supposed to be a 2-year extended warranty.Four months after I bought it, it experienced a hardware failure. I brought it to a local repair centre and Epson replaced it with a "new" ET-2750. The tech indicated it was more likely refurbished.Four months later it experienced another "hardware failure." It was replaced by Epson the same way. The tech acknowledged my warranty and stated it was already updated in the system and that I had an additional 2 years.Yesterday the CYAN ink would not work. I worked with online tech support. We did several printer nozzle cleans and eventually the CYAN started working, but with each nozzle clean, the BLACK ink quality got worse. FInally we tried a power clean, which made the BLACK ink stop working entirely.I talked with tech support today and they say I am out of warranty, not their problem.I have escalated it, but expect to be given the brushoff and forced to pay for a new printer. Therefore this is the last Epson I will ever purchase and I will go back to Hewlet-Packard.Don't buy this crappy printer
