Worked Perfectly and Quickly
I love eyelash extensions; in fact, I became addicted. I used to only get them for special occasions, but I wanted to look "special" everyday. I just love the way they look and saves me from having to use mascara too. After 6 months however, I wanted to give my natural lashes (and wallet) a rest -- and needed an inexpensive, safe and gentle way to remove them. I can tell you that this product is IT. I agree with the other reviewers that they need to include instructions with the packaging, but thanks to everyone here for sharing theirs I was able to navigate on my own. I normally don't review products unless they have worked for me, and I can tell you, this one does.My method of removal:Tools: Q-tips, vaseline, tissue or paper towel, 10x magnifying mirror1) Apply the cream on a q-tip; also take a tissue or paper towel and put a small amount of vaseline on it. Set this tissue aside, instructions will follow later.2) Shut the first eye you wish to treat tightly and spread/slightly massage the remover across and in a repeating downward motion over lash area. You don't need to rub too much, just apply gently to work the product in.2a): I was towards the end of my full set so I only needed a very small amount of remover, and because I knew I didn't have to "soak" my lashes fully. The cream only needs to cover the small area where the glue was attached to my own lash - so I suppose it is here where you would have to use your own discretion. However, I feel a little goes a long way; in my case, very little was plenty.2b): I did only one eye at a time so I could see where I was applying; I held/used a 10x magnifying mirror for better visibility.3) I set my timer to 5 minutes; after about 2-3 minutes I continued to massage the q-tip downward and most of the lashes came off already and quite easily. Keep with the downward brushing motion until all lashes come loose. REMEMBER: Do not yet open the treated eye!!!4) Take the tissue with the vaseline; Keeping the treated eye closed, wipe the remover and remaining lashes off. I did this so the vaseline would add a layer of protection between my eyes and the remover. Rinse thoroughly with cool water.5) Repeat on the second eye.Additional notes:As everyone did mention, all glues and removers will cause burning and irritation. Think about the products you use to remove nail polish and paint - to remove an adhesive, you need a solvent. Solvents can't be gentle by nature, and it would be very difficult and will take longer if you use an oil-base or steam in this situation (as a gentler alternative). You will need to choose the lesser of the two evils if that matters to you. Slight irritation happens (i.e. eyes water and sting slightly) when I get my lashes done now -- and this remover did sting me as well but it was only because I had inadvertently pushed the remover into my (first) eye while I was rinsing it off with water. I learned from that so I remembered to be careful with the second eye. If you keep your eyes firmly closed you will be ok. On that note, this cream did not irritate nor burn the skin around my lashes - which is a huge plus.I hope my instructions are able to help; Good luck!

Works great but do NOT get it in your eye!
It works great but do NOT get it in your eye, it really stings. Read the tiny print on the package, which I unfortunately didn't do until after the pain. When I squeezed the tube a big blob came out, about the size of a dime, so be careful. I rubbed it on my closed eyelid and some over my lower eyelid thinking it would be fine to spread all over my eye. Do NOT do that. When I tried to open my eye it hurt like heck! Fortunately rinsing it with some water alleviated the stinging and no damage to my eye.DO apply a small amount directly onto the eyelash with a q-tip or some other precise applicator. Using the q-tip, I massaged it into the lashes, avoiding the part of my eyelid touching my eye, left it on for a couple minutes and the lashes came off easily without damaging my real lashes. I had a combination of professional lashes and ones I had put on myself with Ardell tite glue. If a tiny bit of the remover gets in your eye, I don't think it's a problem but avoid smearing a lot all over your eyelashes. After removing my lashes and rinsing them, once dried, I did have a little cloudy residue and had to cleanse my eyelids at least one more time to get rid of it. No big deal and easy enough but just be aware of that.

Good product when used correctly
Yes can burn if it sits on your skin too long or gets in your eye. I use a qtip and carefully apply to lash line one eye at a time (without getting it on my skin) and throughout my lashes (keeping my eyes closed + put a flat cotton pad under your lashes to protect your skin) I wait like 30 sec to minute then use a lash brush and brush through my lashes. The come right off. Repeat if necessary. Works well when used correctly! Clean lashes with cotton ball or pad once you feel lashes are all off (this gets rid of whatever product is left before you open your eye) Wash your face with soap and water after. I recommend!

Worked Within Minutes
My eyes are very unhappy right now as I have been getting Xtreme volume extensions for over a year. I have become allergic and have developed eyelid eczema do they had to come off. Due to covid-19 no extension spas are open and I’ve been slowly picking at them and removing my own lashes in the process. Coconut oil, aquaphor and even drugstore lash remover was not working. I finally got this in and they came off within minutes! The first try with my eyes closed did burn my eyes when I started removing the lashes the first lashed to come off. So rinsed my eyes with water and gently patted my eyes. I put aquaphor along my eyelids and water line, placed more (just small amounts) and left my eyes slightly open so the remover would not rub into my lower lids. I picked off the stubborn ones with tweezers gently and this time it did not get in my wet line. No burning! It was great to finally have the allergens off my eyes I couldn’t believe how much glue was on the lashes themselves!

Great stuff step by step of how to use...
Works really well, BUT you must be very careful not to get it in your eyes as it WILL burn! Take your time when using this stuff. When it's time to take my lash extensions OFF this is what I do.1. I put the gel on my index finger2. With a big handheld mirror, I will carefully put the gel on the TOP of my lashes3. Very gently using my thumb and index finger I rub the gel into the lashes, once the gel has covered my lashes ( NO NOT get it too close to your lash line by your eyeball) I will wait for about five minutes.4. Still using the mirror I get a clean mascara wand I brush from the top of my lashes away from the eye, the lash extensions will come off really easily. Do not pull if one is still stuck, go back and add a TINY bit of gel.5. Once all the lashes are off, clean your face (lashes) with warm water and a gentle soap make sure all the gel is off!6. Smile and go out into the world and have a great day.

Brilliant! After a week of having lashes I decided they weren't for me! I tried to remove theLashes using oils but it didn't work, this completely dissolved the last glue and they were offIn less than 5 minues, I didn't notice any natural lash fall out either (unlike the oil removal!) this is perfect if you can't make it to your last technicians for removal. Just make sure you do one eye at a time and keepYour eyes closed! It does sting if it gets into your eyes!

Would recommend to anybody who wants to remove lashes quickly and ...
Literally melted the glue and removed my semi- perm lashes with no effort what so ever! This product is ok for a one off application as there wasn't a lot of solution in the tube.Would recommend to anybody who wants to remove lashes quickly and safely 😀

I love blink products but this one was defective
The tube was literally empty when opened, and seller did not offer the replacement. I love blink products but this one was defective.
