No sugary so if you are those that like to extend water fasting without spuking insulin,these are awesome alternatives. Very few ingredients, let alone artificial ones. Money well spent.

Found a reference to low calorie water flavorings with no aspartame on Reddit. Immediately looked up the brand here and tried 2 flavors. The Peach is a nicely subtle flavor that makes workout water more satisfying and delicious. (Not what Peach normally tastes like- much better🍑)

Lemon water is one of my favorite drinks, so refreshing and nice change of pace from plain water. I always keep a few packets with me to have on hand. Also great to bring for backpacking and hiking!

This is my favorite raspberry lemonade drink mix out of ALL the ones I've tried. I keep at least 3 of these boxes on hand at all times! It has an excellent sweet, tart, refreshing taste with no added sugars and an all natural ingredient list. This is by far my favorite drink mix brand. These are more expensive than your typical mix brand, but they are without a doubt worth the extra money. You're paying for quality, taste, and peace of mind that what you're drinking isn't full of artificial nonsense. Would 10000% recommend as a daily drink and a great replacement for soda.
