Tritton 3.5mm PSN Chat Cable for PlayStation 4 Headsets and Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter

I have a sony playstation headset. The playstation gold.It can be wireless and or wired.i ordered this to replace my old 3pole wire.it worked perfectly. i use this to connect to my ps4 controller to my headset.i also use it to connect to my iPhone and the other end to my car aux to listento pandora. Gonna order another one. so i don't have to switch back and forth betweenthe 2.Update!!!after being careless and accidental yanks here and there. I need to order a new one due to the fact that my buddies can't hear me but I can hear everything.

Works as specified. It works great on xbox one and ps4. Plz note will only work on xbox one with the official tritton headset adapter(witch can be purchased on tritton.com). If you have a Microsoft adapter the wire wont work. I hope this clears things up.

Very sturdy hard plastic tips that will never break. The cable it's self however seems kind of thin. Wish it had a little more insulated protection.

This wire does not work for the TRITTON 720+ 7.1 Surround Headset. One of the plugs needs to have 2 bands and the other has 3. both have 3 on this one.

Let me start by saying my experience with this product may not be the same for you. This did not work on my tritton 7.1 surround sound headset. This may work for other trittons though.If this doesn't work for you, hope is not lost. I have figured out another way. Some tritton headset need a 3 pole/2 ring x 4 pole/3 ring 3.5mm chat cable, like mine. This product is a 4 pole/3 ring cable on both ends.After finding out that this one doesn't work, I bought a turtle beach ps4 chat cable. It is the correct 3 pole/2 ring x 4 pole/3 ring plug in, but it is only offered in 2.5mm plug on the 2 ring side. To fix this, buy a 2.5mm to 3.5mm conversion adapter.Make sure and plug the 3 ring plug into the ps4 controller and 2 ring side into the headset junction. My headset works perfectly now. I hope this helps others.
