XL wrap - Best size for any type of pain! Safe! Easy
I ordered the XL wrap and my boyfriend and I love it so much we're thinking about ordering another so we can use them at the same time. It's a soothing treat at the end of the day, whether you are achy or not. I get tension in my back and not only does the warmth feel great it noticeably relaxes my muscles and eases my pain, maybe as much as massage. The XL size is versatile - big enough to treat larger areas and it can be folded for smaller areas, or draped over shoulders and neck. It's not super heavy but it does have some weight to it so if you drape it around your shoulders and neck you'll want to be leaning back in chair or couch for support. I wanted to purchase something that will last for years and that wouldn't burn me. I've read horror stories about people burning themselves with electric heating pads and leaky hot water bottles. This product cools naturally so we don't have to worry about falling asleep with it on, which is easy to do. Not only is the heat relaxing the added weight of the XL makes it almost like a mini weighted blanket (the latest craze in relaxation these days). I love that the removable cover can be washed and I hope to have this product in my home for many years.I do have to microwave mine about 1 1/2 minutes longer than the directions stated. I'm not sure if that's because I got the XL or if it's just my microwave but overall it's not a real inconvenience. I just add time in small increments and test the temperature carefully with my hand to make sure it's not too hot before applying. I was a little concerned about it fitting in the microwave but it fit fine once rolled up. Highly recommend!

Does the whole back at once. Great product!
This hot/cold pad is just what I needed for my bad back. It's the largest one I own and perfect for covering the entire back. The only drawback is that it takes about 6 min to heat up in my small 850 watt microwave, but understandable because of its size. I find it best to fold in half when placing in my carousel microwave, and flip it every 2 min to avoid overheating any areas while microwaving. Stays hot a good long while. Haven't tried it for cold therapy, as heat is what I usually need.

No smell, retains heat, great for warming a bed up.
I have been buying bed buddies (sock) for years for my mother, each year they hold heat for shorter periods. And tend to smell. These blankets do not smell, and are great for putting in a bed to warm it up, hold their heat well, and must better for getting warm. High recommended.

nice bucky
While the size of this bucky is hardly "extra large" ( I have bought bucky's three times bigger ), it is a very nice bucky. The sewn tubes keep the buckwheat hulls from shifting and allows for more even heating and makes the heat last longer. I would recommend this to anyone looking for heat to relax sore muscles.

Best Heating Pad around
I have purchased many different types of heating pads, but this one exceeds all by far. It is large enough to put on your back and partially sit on it. I love that when heated, it heats your body enough to leave a warm moisture that you can rub into your skin for a more relaxing feel. It always helps when my back, neck or lower back is stiff or in pain. I can't do without one of these. I may have to order one for work!

This is the only heat wrap you will need
I have fibromyalgia and chronic back pain. I found this item in 2016 and bought one. with my back so bad traveling was horrible so I would pack it and take it along, most hotels have a microwave. I went to see my daughter one time and she confiscated my heat wrap so when I got home I ordered a second one this was in 2017. I have used the pad since 2017 for my Fibro pain and for my back pain. I still use that one today 4 years later and it is in perfect shape, no holes no rips nothing. It's as good as the day I bought it. I got cancer this year and needed an ice wrap so I went back and bought another one of these so I can have one in the freezer and still have my one for heat for my back. I was not sure if it would work with cold but I was happily surprised when it worked perfectly! The wrap is nice and cool but not frigidly cold to cause burns on your skin. I can not say enough good about these wraps they are amazingly well and the covers are baby soft. I love that you can remove the cover and toss it in the wash to keep it clean. If you need A heat wrap or cold wrap try one of these. they are worth the cost.

Great size
Finally, a microwaveable heat pack that’s big enough to really cover the whole back or lower back and buttocks.

Good Quality Product, Comfortable, Retains Heat
I bought this heating wrap for a pulled back muscle. It brought me much comfort. After heating, I placed it between my back and the couch and it felt wonderful. I like that it is heavy enough to stay put; comfortable; heats up very well in the microwave (heat on high for 2 min., turn over and heat for another 2 min. [make sure to follow the instructions]); good quality; and no electrical cords to deal with. I look forward to using it to cool down during summer after placing it in the freezer. The wheat kernels actually have a pleasant and mild (very) scent. I love it, and I am thinking about buying two more as gifts for family.
