Nice and easy
I broke a sprinkler line during yardwork so I decided to try to do the job right and the broken line. I purchased the PVC pipe, glue and proper connectors and found that I am terrible at welding PVC and completely messed it all up and had leaks. I purchased these since they seemed like a nice idea sure enough, they are! They work great, are easy to install, and no leaks at all. But, make sure your cuts on the PVC pipes are good before attaching since these things will not come back off.

Junk-Water spraying out from the pipe side immediately after install.
As was stated earlier in reviews there were no instructions. Seems simple right? Well I went to HD and watched the orbit video..just slide it on...of course I cleaned the pipe end and sand-papered with light sand...checked the edges of the pipe and sanded out any burrs...and as in the Orbit video I just slid it over the pipe end... tried a twist to make sure in but it would not twist even though I took another guys advice and put vaseline on the end of the pipe...piece of crap--DO NOT BUY

No instructions included
Comes with no instructions. I know, who needs instructions, you just push it on, right? Wrong! If your pipe end isn't chamfered first the sharp edge will cut the o-ring in this coupler and you will have a leak. Even with a chamfered edge it's difficult to get on without damage. The best way I've found is to lube the pipe end with Vaseline, then push the coupler on with a twisting motion. Conveniently, they do sell a removal tool that also comes with a chamfering tool so you can do the job twice after you ruin your first one due to lack of instructions.
