This was rated as one of the top Billberry supplements to take for any eye issues. Just found out that I have early stage Macular Degeneration in one of my eyes. This was recommended to take daily to keep it from getting worse. I take this along with Vitamin C 1000 mg, Lutein 20 mg, Fish Oi capsules alternating with every other day Flax-seed Oil capsules, Vit E 100 mg, and Hyaluronic Acid 100 mg. I have been taking this for the past 3 months and is working well. You need to stay on these on a daily basis along with a good multivitamin. You also need to stay away from the dyes and fillers so this product does not have any of this in it. I also like Amazon gets these items shipped to you when you want them. God's Blessing to all.

Very tiny capsules producing no noticeable effects for me even at double dose. Strange since with a small amount of actual bilberry and goji I do feel and literally see a difference with 15 minutes or less, consistently. Same with krill/fish oil or a nice dose of whole food vitamin C - your eyes feel fresh and vision extra sharp. This product was supposed to be very concentrated, so it is disappointing to not notice any short term or even long term accumulative benefits.

I really like this product. It works for the purposes we use it for -- maintenance of vision health.
