Great product! Works perfectly as I am calling our older generation on a regular basis and they can hear me perfectly well, the boom mic is a great help in this regard. Easy to use, just plug in a off you go! Highly recommended this product and great value for money.

It's a good headset. Sound good, with good noise cancellation. Microphone sensitive enough to work close to, and away from my mouth without picking up too much background noise. However, the only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the rubber mount that sits on your head (picture included). I wear my headset a lot during the day and it gets uncomfortable after a while (I do when short hair, though). I've had to put a tissue between the mount and my head, and that helps a lot. In future, if there is a more spongy bit on the mount, I think that will help.

Needed a good headset to make and take calls through soft phone via laptop as working from home I found I was using my personal mobile too much to call clients. Read the reviews for this and seemed most customers were happy with this product so went for it although it was above the amount I set out to pay. Product arrived next day and immediately tried it and it worked well. Quick to set up with USB connection. Earpad is comfortable. The mic can be adjusted and is a good length. I used it for Skype call and it worked a treat. I am not sure about the noise cancellation as the other person could hear my child singing in the background! I am glad I bought this as now I have been invited to a training session through Skype. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a sturdy headset.

I am happy with the product. I do not work in a call centre but have frequent virtual meetings so this headset is very useful. The fit is comfortable and the sound quality is very good. The fact that I can adapt the headset for either the right ear or left ear is a very good feature.

The headset build is great, it is sturdy and certainly one of the better for durability and comfort of those I have tried (which is a significant amount). The problem I had is that the unit is poor for YouTube playback and YouTube Live Streaming. It states it is good for these, yet the sound quality of my voice on the live events I used it on are certainly poor. It also knocks out the system sounds when going live on YouTube through Google Hangouts, which no other headset has done bfore. There are certainly quirks in the blue tooth connectivity which is a problem running through their range, as is their technical performance quality. If you want to use this heaset for listneing to videos, or maybe working through those online training webinars etc, it does give you the freedom to move around. The blue tooth covers my whole house area, which is quite large, so that is a good point. Overall though, it really depends what you need, but I would say I have tried more than one headset from this company and I don't think they are trouble-free, reliable nor great on mic quality, so ignore the professional statement, they aren't. They are cheap units, kept cheap by cheap internal components, instead of going for quality across the board.

Fantastic value. Comfortable, clear mic and clear audio quality. Great for Teams calls and recording voiceovers for presentations etc.. Inline remote has volume control and a mic on/off button with LED light indicators. I've read quite a few negative reviews saying their mic quality isn't good - try calibrating the microphone settings in Windows and make sure the microphone is positioned properly (not too far away or too close to your mouth...)

Sound quality from these is good - the windscreen on the mic is very useful for preventing pops, and works well given how close to the mouth it is. This is most of the "noise cancellation" effect, in that the volume is low but mic very close, so background sounds are not really cancelled so much as "relatively quiet". There is a persistent hum in the background on recordings. This is pretty much eliminated by software such as Teams, which automatically eliminates noise, but is very prominent on proper recordings eg if I need to narrate a video. This is very surprising and annoying as I haven't had that on any other USB mic, and it happens whichever computer I plug the mic into.

Wasn’t expecting much buying this at such a low price. But very pleasantly surprised. The item seems well-made and good quality components. I can hear very well and also to make quality is quite good as I use this for dictating notes on Microsoft. Would definitely recommend this to my friends

Sound quality is excellent. This was given to my assistant and I could hear her swallowing her coffee on it. Mic quality is crystal clear. She wore it for a few hours and said it was comfortable. The complaints about sound quality could be computer-related or could be spotty production quality, so save your packaging. We saw no problems whatsoever, so we consider this to be a real bargain.

Buon prodotto. Funziona bene, ha però una sola cuffia, sul lato destro, perciò il suono si sente unicamente dal lato destro (dalle foto presenti al momento dell'acquisto non si capiva bene e non era specificato nelle informazioni). Sul lato sinistro l'auricolare non c'è. Comunque funziona bene, si autoinstalla nel computer (usb), si sente bene, parlando nel microfono gli altri sentono bene. Buon rapporto qualità / prezzo. In definitiva lo consiglierei.

Benutze das Produkt jetzt eine Weile und bin sehr zufrieden. Das Anschließen und Installieren war unter Windows 10 ein Kinderspiel. Die Klangqualität, sowie die Sprechwiedergabe ist bei diesem Produkt sehr gut. Man sollte es aber wirklich nur für Meetings benutzen, da es nur einen Kopfhörer (von mir extra so Bestellt) gibt. Das einzige was zu Bemängeln, ist die Befestigung auf der anderen Seite, leider ist da das Material nicht ganz so für einen längeren Gebrauch, bei Kurzhaarfrisur geeignet. Aber wenn man es zwischendurch mal absetzt, geht es genauso gut. Der Besondere Vorteil ist die Zusätzliche Bedienung der Lautstärke, sowie die Mikrofon Aus/Eintaste sehr hilfreich bei Meetings ohne an den Computer zu müssen. Dazu noch die LED-Anzeige die einem zeigt ob das Mikrofon aktiv ist oder nicht. Mein Fazit: - ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - für Homeoffice oder Homeschooling geeignet

Prodotto Plug&Play, ossia non richiede installazione di driver. Qualità audio più che sufficiente per un uso generalista (Skype, audio conferenze, ecc.). Qualità dei materiali buona ma non sembra particolarmente durevole. In sintesi: ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo.
