Used this for rental car during our Florida vacation. The sunpass was easy to load and sticks to the interior side of the windshield. I was concerned it wouldn't work properly because the barcode faces inside rather than outside but it worked fine and was picked up at the toll.

Much Needed Sticker for Tolls
This is needed when driving on toll roads. Easy to install on your windscreen and good quality. I have 4 cards and it fits nicely in the upper corner and does not block any viewing. It use to be a lot cheaper with allowance on the card when purchased but now everyone needs it if you are driving on tolls since most of them don’t have attendants.

Completely Nonintuitive - Like using Windows 95
Their technology is shamefully out of date. The process of registering and creating an account would be easier if managed by carrier pigeon. I’ve wasted so much time trying to navigate their archaic mobile app and equally dated web site, only to find it leads you in circles and gives lots of “Page Unavailable” errors. Should have gone with E-Pass but here we are.
