I have arthritis in my ankles and at times it's very painful. I don't like taking prescribed medicines, and tried Trixaicin HP with my doctor's blessing since the active ingredient is extracted from chili peppers as opposed to chemicals. I was thankful to find an effective, over-the counter, natural-based topical cream that relieves the pain without negative side effects. Use caution and apply with disposal gloves as directed.

This stuff burned my skin terribly and didn't help the pain.

It relieved the pain but for only a short time maybe an hour. The tube is half ful o air

This is the greatest remedy for nerve pain. I had four fractured vertebrae in my back and this cream helped calm the nerves and lessen the pain. It worked much better than the top sellers and did not contain any NSAIDS like aspirin, etc. I would put it on in the morning and again just before bed.

It's great. Best ever for fibromyalgia pain and I've tried every pain cream out there at all price points. I like there is no menthol, so no smell. Just capsaicin. Great!

Wish they hadn't discontinued this product, as it's impossible to locate a 3/4% Capsaicin creme on the market any more :'(Guess Qualitest wasn't selling enough of it. The only one I ever used that left no residue and was completely absorbed immediately!I really miss it!
