I just got these and only have used them once so far. They need more breaking in before I can give an accurate review. So far here is what I think about them:1. I got the 3 hole version, and I love that they cover the callous on my pinky finger because that is always the first one to rip.2. the wrist strap is very comfortable for pull ups. I haven't done any muscle-ups with them yet, but they seem like they will protect my palm near my wrist where the false grip always rubs me raw.3. The leather is very stiff, but I am sure they will fit like a glove once they are broken in, it is rather thick leather so they should last for a long while.4. I did get small tears in the crease where my middle fingers join my palm, on both hands. I don't know if it was the edge of the leather holes tearing into my skin, but I am hoping this will not continue to happen after the leather is broken in. I did do 100 chest to bar pull ups so it was a lot of work for new grips.5. After I received the grips I got a great email from the company that states very clearly that they want me to love this product, and if for any reason I do not, they will do whatever it takes to make me a happy customer. That alone shows this company has integrity, and wants to create a great product. I wish more companies were this interested in providing real value to their customers, and were willing to take their responsibility for their product if they aren't right.All in all I would recommend these to anyone that wants a piece of quality equipment for their workouts.

Bought these for my boyfriend, so he's writing this review -I like to end on a positive note, so I'll start by mentioning the cons:I'm between sizes, so, as suggested by just about everyone, I chose the smaller size. That was a mistake. I've been wearing them since the day I got them and while the leather is nice and worked in, I'm still having trouble straightening my hands completely. Now, while this isn't much of a problem when gripping a barbell, dumbbell or doing bar work, it SUCKS when I'm doing a WOD that involves moving from a gripped exercise to something like push-ups. (I've had to remove them after the first couple of rounds while doing a Cindy WOD because putting my flat hands on the floor actually hurts.)There is little to no wrist support, which is rough when I start doing Thrusters, push jerks, etc... Also, the metal part of the wrist "guard" (where the Velcro strap loops through) is pressing against the side of my wrist if I try to pull them tight. I have to leave them somewhat loose in order to avoid the discomfort, which causes the part covering my hands to move around.Last but not least, the finger holes are WAY TOO TIGHT. Every time I take these grips off, I have rings around my fingers that take hours to go away. This tightness also makes it difficult to take the grips off quickly while doing different exercises. (See my above statement about the Cindy WOD.)Now, onto the pros:Before I got these, doing bar work or anything that makes the barbell roll around in my hands would tear me up. There's no annoyance quite like the feeling of having to stop a workout because your hands are bleeding from multiple wounds. Before using these grips, this would happen frequently. Since using them, it HAS NOT HAPPENED ONCE! I've been able to change my routine and improve my workouts thanks to these grips.Also, and I know this may seem like a small thing to some, but, when I read the palm of the grips and see the words "Get Better," I feel like I actually can, and am, which is a good feeling. (Even small bits of motivation can go a long way, sometimes.)If the finger holes weren't so tight, I would have given 4 stars. If you're right on the edge of two sizes like I am, maybe going with the larger size will prevent this, but I can't say for sure, so... use your best judgment.All in all, this seems like a good company and I would buy from them again, although I would do a little more research first.

I bought these grips because my first pair of a different brand just did not hold up well at all. The Bear Komplex are a really solid grip. I use them 3 days a week on average, and I have had them a little over a month. They provide great grip once you break them in and rough the leather up a bit. I do not fear losing my grip while doing pull-up, toes to bar, etc. I only have one complaint about the product, and it is not truly the products the fault. I am on the border between a small and a medium. I went with the small because I did not like having a ton of excess material like my old pair. On a length basis, this was the better choice I think, but the finger holes were uncomfortably snug out of the box. They have stretched a bit in the break in process but are still pretty tight. I'm not sure if as the sizes go up so do the finger holes. Overall, these grips are worth the extra money, and I would buy these again.

Service was speedy and I received an unexpected email from the business before and after delivery - weird but cool. I wanted to really test these before reviewing. Typically wear for movements on pull up bar, my gym has raw and racks that are painted. They did stretch a bit, not nearly as much as I expected.Pros-3-finger covers a large surface area of palm for all types of pulling, practically all 4 joints and curves around thumb-right amount of friction to slide and grip, best with chalk-padded hook and loop strap-thin enough to use with other movements like barbell-finger holes were ready to go from the bag, no scoring to resize neededCons-the paw pad twists around wrist mid workout, regardless of tightness of strap-not bomber proof, still tore hands on high volume pulls-sizing seems off, measured and ordered per instructions but couldn't fully extent palm for about a month-worthless on the painted bars-have to keep my hands in a C off the bar to keep the grips in place (vertically) or readjust before pullingI ordered the grey but got black. These aren't perfect but cheaper than tape and give the confidence to pull faster. Other products are thicker and better suede. Overall happy, just wish they were less expensive and I had got the color I wanted.

La boucle de serrage très efficace, le tissus très doux.Si vous chercher des petits grips fins pour ressentir la barre à 100% et que vous ne cherchez pas une protection renforcée pour la paume, ce sont de très bons grips - a noter toutefois que l'adhérence naturelle n'est pas extraordinaire, si on ne blinde pas de magnésie ça n'accroche pas tant que cela.Si en revanche vous voulez quelque chose qui accroche et qui protège, c'est beaucoup trop fin et il faudra viser des modèles au tissus bien plus épais.4 étoiles pour la qualité de conception, mais pas plus car grip moyen et protection insuffisante pour moi.

Guter grip und gute Qualität bin gespannt wie lange das hält

Ich habe schon laenger nach einer Loesung gesucht um weniger Hornhaut/Risse an meinen Handinnenseiten von pull ups (und z.T. dead lifts) zu bekommen.Es gab leider wie von einigen usern beschrieben ein Problem mit der Beschreibung des Produktes und dem Inhalt (2 Finger grip Erhalt trotz 3 Finger grip Bestellung/Verpackung), aber anstatt gleich negativ zu bewerten, koennte man einfach mal der Anweisung (s. Kaertchen auf dem Bild) Folge leisten und die Firma direkt kontaktieren. Wie schnell und unkompliziert das Problem seitens Firma behandelt/behoben, fand ich unfassbar gut. Genau deshalb hinterlasse ich hier eine Rezension, was ich sonst selten tue, da die schlechten Bewertungen anderer Kaeufer den falschen Eindruck hinterlassen koennen (ohne auf die Qualitaet des Produkts einzugehen).Nachtrag zur Neulieferung aus den USA:Leider gab es bei der kostenlosen Nachlieferung ein Problem beim Zoll und ich musste letztendlich +- den Warenwert zahlen. Dies ist zwar aergerlich, jedoch vollkomen zweitrangig fuer die Rezension eines super Produkts (erfuellt genau das wonach ich suche -> griffig und schutz vor Rissen/exzessiver Hornhautbildung) mit noch besserem Kundenservice.Deshalb Kaufempfehlung und Ermutigung nicht ausschliesslich nach Kundenbewertungen zu kaufen.
