This is a great play and I'm happy to have a personal copy to keep on hand.

This product got the job done when I needed to read this For class.

Great having an opportunity to own an original pressing.Lovely edition with photos of the original performancewith Gary Sinese and John Malkovich.

Although this was assigned to me for a class, I was so grateful that it was. Read this for the incredible family dynamic and for the honest and frank way that we tend to judge someone else's situation without the context. I highly recommend after you read this watching the television adaptation on this on YouTube

After reading Buried Child, I thought I never wanted to read a Sam Shepard play ever again. This is actually much less depressing. Not bad.

For me personally Sam Shepard was the most compelling author of male literature since Hemingway. He is a genius and there is Magic in his words and in the worlds he creates.

This was an interesting enough read, but like many plays, it's better to watch than to read.

洋書で、和書と違ってすらすらと読めないことが大変。決して面白いとは言えなくて、結構難しいかもしれないけど、人によっては捕らえ方がかなり変わってくると思う。砂漠のアウトローの兄と新進脚本家の弟。違う人生を歩んだ二人が再会して、それからの二人の関係の変化が面白い。前半はリーが、後半はオースティンが動きがあるような感じ。セットが家のキッチンだというところもなかなかいい。後半は意気投合して、いい雰囲気（兄弟らしく）なったと思ったら、またすれ違いが生まれてしまう。翻訳されて、日本語になっていたら判りやすくて、もっと違う捕らえ方も出来たのではないかと思う。今回はあくまで自分なりに訳して読んだので…確か、今年の春ぐらいに上演されました。
